There are many people both in and out of uniform that would lay their lives down,and have done so for this country.They would sacrifice for the ideas that allow folks to live in a free society. Those same people are the ones that have a sense of what is right and what is completely wrong for all those concerned. They are not blind and deaf to the way the world should be as some can seem to be.

I read an article that I really found to be rather disturbing in the way it completely missed an important point. It wrote about the Three Journalist that broke the Snowden story and did interviews
regarding leaked documents of the highest "secrets" order/it went on to say how these guys had traveled around the world to get the stories. The various ways they stayed under cover and eluded any folks following them.

OK, I have no problem with that part of the story. It did take guts and a huge risk of losing all the rights to a future. I do not have a problem with the reporter/journalists receiving all or a portion of the notoriety for the stories.

I am in fact grateful for being informed of things not proven but just whispered by those previously labeled paranoid nut jobs.I guess They had eyes open wider than most of us...Perhaps
they might stand one day as madmen or visionaries that do not see the world as flat. The future will decide what Mr.Snowdens Title will be when it all plays out one day. Probably still buried under bureaucratic fertilizer as things hidden in the dark corners of our world have a tendency to do.

What I do have a problem with is the fact that if those documents had not been leaked, None of those
guys would have had any of the glory. The story was published by them and not Snowden.
Kinda like the Private that was apparently privy to secrets and was also the target for buggery on the
high seas of politics. The others danced off smelling like a rose and the private took a lifetime hit in the shorts.

I am rather confused by all this contorted reasoning. The guy who could not find sources to publish would never have been able to publish those documents. journalists publish government documents usually don't win awards. Just ask WIKI leaks folks. Yet the American with a conscience is hiding in a foreign country wondering if he did the right thing. Condemned and hunted as a fugitive. while awards are giving to those publishing documents are sleeping safely in their own beds tonight and are rewarded. This is the most puzzling.

Would any of us now fighting the illegal bugging of our lives have known if that problem even existed? When do you think any of us would have found out we no longer have any private moments.
Since most of us don't or have not been too concerned with what folks know about us, maybe never.
a life long file of our every move. I remember the ancient rule of war. When a courier/runner arrived at a friend or enemy encampment, there was a rule that you never killed the messenger as a return message could be sent back with the same messenger. Kill the messenger and the enemy knew they
should prepare for hostilities. We would have allowed our messenger to be hunted down and killed..

We need to place a little more attention paid to those who are trying to help us to stay free and not be so intent on a nice quick and clean lynching so we can just go home to mama and some good home cooking. They may just be trying to do the right thing when we do not have anywhere near all the facts.

PS. Snowden's broadcast from Russia was censored from the U.S, citizens and has been pretty much
      erased as to it ever existing. The other countries were better able to watch a program from a country invading another than from the country that claims to be free...There is something wrong with that picture.I would advise anyone looking for other videos of Assange/ Snowden to have some really good firewalls and the best antivirus(s) you can swing for the money. It appears that These folks are hunted with some reason that is spreading......Perhaps it was something THEY said?

PSS: Yesterday this is 0/5/17/2019 The witch trials of  President Trumps Election was stating there needs to be more transparent Governmental disclosure. The Democrats were and would have chased Mr.Snowden into a Black site or had him killed for trying to bring that transparency to tell of the spying planned into our private lives.

WE THE PEOPLE now find that the Democrats are also responsible for storing tens of thousands of the same types of classified documents for any hacker to see. Yet, There's no national death sentence, no driving the perpetrators out of the country.

I guess it is like the wildlife programs state when that lone zebra goes down by the lions. and others stop to watch. There's safety in the pack. Many who have read those Snowden papers say there really nothing dangerous in them except the fact that there is some factions that are P, od because the population found the dirty little secret out.

Meanwhile, an American that wanted that transparency is living in exile from what supposes to be the Land of the Free and the Brave.

This will be a short and direct Blog to help inform You My reader of the Massive movement to Push for reforms on Spying by agencies of government.The move has so far mustered many hundred thousands of  E-Mails and fonecalls in a few hours to Government Officials in The American Congress and Senate.I suspect the Whitehouse has also been barraged by the influx of outrage from just folks like you and me.

The EFF and Amnesty International along with Mozilla and hundreds of other Worldwide organizations are uniting to stop the illegal spying on our communications.No one is immune to this invasion of our right to Privacy and the pursuit of happiness.This is a contest of WE THE PEOPLE to run our country by laws or by Constitution.

This is also a call to those worldwide to bury the governmental folks everywhere with demands for
intruding on our privacy to stop.WE THE PEOPLE are billions strong.Our voices brought down the Berlin wall once.Your voice added to this movement is or may be the most important thing you will ever do in your life time..Please take this first step for freedom as I am doing.

Laws can dictate and mandate rules that make citizens into instant criminals when the Constitution would provide freedom to live and exist in peace with our friends and families.
There is already Presidential rulings that make American Citizens able to be labeled Enemies of the state.That label or something made more legitimate sounding makes you targeted for a drone strike.
THAT is not Constitutional proceedings.It is selective dictation of laws.Selected for Assassination
on a whim by....who?

Tapping into our private lives has no value beyond the collection of information to track our every thought.To track our every love,to track whatever human pattern that we establish as our everyday life's. If this is what you want as your future then sit there on your backside and DO NOTHING!
If one day you have to collect the remains of your children because of what you may have inadvertently said in passing,don't cry about it.This was your chance to change it.

I watched a movie that I purchased last night to see what the fuss was all about.The movie was set into a possible future scenario in the coal mine country.The film began as a pan through the blatantly poor Mining town with people in broken shacks. Many starving due to governmental controlled food supplies.It seemed everything was mini managed and taxed if used.The company store of some coal companies made governmental.

Helmeted troops patrolled the area in force and seemed to know everything by remote control.
The movie progressed to expose a dual social order of human society.The very wealthy who appeared to be futuristic Freaks like in ancient Rome and the poor were picked by lottery to be Child Gladiators.Only objects whose lives were to be wagered on,to be thought of as expendable pawns that merely have value to be CONTROLLED, WATCHED and USED for the elites pleasure.To watch them die in games of survival.

Sounds a little to close to a possible scenario this bugging of the citizens could very well lead to.
It is not Mass paranoia or products of bent and broken minds.We have already witnessed cases where
simply leaking so called secrets about this practice can be life threatening and make enlightening the public a crime.A crime apparently so hideous to those fearing the Secrets being whispered,it warrants
a death sentence from those hiding in the shadows...

Those secrets are the sum total of spying into lives.Imagine if the billions of data files were all leaked. Perhaps if they never existed they would never have been a threat.Real or imagined.

Most of us think there is nothing in our lives that would be much different from anyone else.Human behavior is many faceted and complex.But is there any reason to become some ones voyeuristic stalking
horse?Particularly when it is not essential for any reason clearly defined or legally acceptable.

You make your own choices here.Speak up and be heard or live with what you get for silence
There is 3types of folks,those who make things happen,those who watch what happens,and those who after words wonder what happened.
It is your Freedom  and mine.Fight for it or learn to kiss someones boots and say thank you sir,may I have some more..

Courts Rule That Bloggers Are Protected By Constitutions Freedom Of Speech,Lets Use It While WE Still Can Before They Change Their Minds.

Well WE THE PEOPLE have won another one for freedom.We have won it for awhile till it becomes convenient to not allow it.This is an opportunity to get the message out to those folks around our country and the rest of the world as to what is going on as we hear it happening.The courts have ruled that we who blog have protection under the United States Constitution for freedom of speech.Blog On Forever Free .

The Amateur Radio clubs have always used their radio rigs to pass information and news along to those who were not able to hear different events and happenings from their controlled medias.The reasons are so varied and diverse.Disasters,war,remote areas.The many different things their rigs are used for are truly amazing.Those  "HAM Operators" have been there for decades and no one has tried to take away that freedom of speech.These folks are very self disciplined and most try to follow a system of etiquette that all can live with.

CB or citizen band is sorta the wild west version of the Ham Bands or short wave communications.It is the ugly baby sister of the ham bands where anything seems to go.No longer monitored and no longer used by many who used to do so.It fell victim to the kind of garbage that is on the net as spam and other useless tormentors of decent folks.

The Internet is in many ways one of the sister communications unit for the very same reasons as The HAM radio folks.We on the internet  inform and update the world to what we have as ideas and events going on.The internet does not require a license yet or any special technical training.It is still free.Computers are in most  libraries everywhere to use free.At least in the USA.

The net serves as our personal and public pathway to learn and spread news.I see it as people meeting in the market or the square to exchange what things we hold in common.Just ordinary folks keeping each other informed without the need for the usual spins,fabrications and general subterfuge. Most from the propaganda machine we seem constantly exposed to.That is what makes Internet freedom worth saving.It is just US out here talking,laughing, crying,agreeing or disagreeing.It is us sharing our intellectual selves in our daily goings on.The Internet may have been created for the military,But it belongs to the entire people  of the world now.The Internet is everyones property.It belongs to WE THE PEOPLE and we must route out the crooks spammers, scammers and abusers of our virtual world so that there is no need to have any other world power intervene on "our behalf."These folks are the equavilent of the old snake oil salesmen of old.Making money with worthless nothings.Buyer beware goods and offers that are dishonest.
It is not perfect.Anything "Mankind"makes is only as good as it creators.Perhaps with one noted exception.

If we of the Internet were a recognised material Nation,we would have the largest population in the world.

We would be inhabiting the largest area of land mass in history.

Because we are not limited to this Earth in our virtual world,Even the input from a spacecraft billions of miles in space is available.This is also our domain to explore.To go where no man has gone before.
our virtual world is there before any biological presence.There is no "real" limit or boundaries to our world.

The Internet Nation has an economy more stable with its own stable currency than any country in the world.

The Internet nation would have a more diverse ethnic population than anywhere else....

With no history of wars between those ethnic groups.

Language barriers have been breached by the Internet programmers to stop misunderstandings of  words and dialects.

The net has no race.It has no single religion to kill for.Yet we can influence the change of great nations when we apply demands and unite in a move for humane change

The Internet or Net Nation has become a force to free political and social prisoners.It can  shine light on injustices or over throw monsters and dictators.

Dictators who are armed with the most technical and deadly weapons have fallen to those of the Internet nations unity.

That is the world power that the Net Nation wields.

The Jury of Net Nation brings forth all ideas making it a powerful public jury of peers.A power that pierces the cloak of deception as an arrow passes though a shadow.This nation is even used to elect Political leaders to positions of power
.
Mistakes are also sometime powered by lack of positive fact in this nation when  much investigation should be  called for.

The good thing about the nation is that the facts and fictions are usually there if you search them out.That is till the net becomes corrupted by those who would misuse it with intentional mis- information.Those who would use it to criminalize the net citizens for using the freedom of their virtual nation.

There are great fears by leading world powers to hobble or destroy our virtual nation for its ability to shine light on evil and nefarious plans by those same individuals. 

This Internet experience has come a long way in 40 or so years.I remember using  a state of the art Commodore computer or my Timex Sinclair (still have them somewhere)on the Dialup rotary dial phones to download programs from a service called Compuserve I think....something that slips my mind ..But I do remember that it downloaded at an amazing 300Baud!SLOOOOwwww!
If you do not recall that term,don't feel bad it took all day to download a simple DOS program like Pong.The worst part was that we used another lost term,A party line Telephone.That was sorta like the cities intelligence line.Everyone on the fone line could listen in when you made or received a call.But hookup a Baud modem and it was a real annoyance for snoopers to listen in on.Hmmm,Maybe if we...

When I was using the Internet with the family fone,My parents got people knocking on the door to ask if our fone could hangup so they could use the fone...advances in technology are not always killer robots and death rays..

The Net Nation is growing and will continue.I see it as a uniting tool for the best if we keep it  tool.IT  will null our fears of each other and our sometimes biased minds from just peacefully with an open mind,communicating.We are  all very diverse  unique human beings.We are  living in a world that would try to keep  us fighting with each other over really nothing short of a few tiny imaginary mental  fears.

Fear is a small thing,But allowed to grow can encompass and devour  the entire world.
Or we can replace that destructive fear with a positive component when it is still small.

We can replace it with an entire Nation that is  free from slavery,free from hate,free from murder,free(so far)from tax vampires that live off the blood (of working folks),free from borders in many countries with some freedom of communications.

The point is this,If you could find a place where you had an equal voice and equal opportunities to live as you dreamed,would you?Sometimes the things you most look for are right in front of you.
We are the Internet Nation.We all share a duel Citizenship in this Material world  and the Intellectual virtual world we could share so well.If we do not protect our nation then we will forfeit it to those who would hold you to their fears and enslave our thoughts..We will lose our almost perfect virtual Nation to the fears of the material worlds leaders. Those who can not profit at our expense or turn us against each other. They fear our peaceful Free and United Virtual Nation.We have found a way to peacefully coexist without hatered and war.There is no profit in peace and prosperity for the warmongers and their  machines.People of peace have always been despised for cheating the war machine.

The Internet has helped to breakdown mega amounts of our barriers that divide us.The people we now communicate with were impossible to even meet before.Great and small are equal under the net worlds rules.

I listened to an amazing audio book today,The Art of  War by Sun Tzu.He wrote that hundreds of years ago' The  Rules of Warfare.I think it might also work for a peaceful strategy to use in  these difficult times.
The military has used its advise for centuries and many coorperations now use it for business.Might just be acalming  effect on nerves to have a strategy for everyday life written by someone who history remembers for sucess.

Is the Internet a Little More Sensitive to Our Input Lately

I have noticed that when I am trying to write an article that is a little bit sensitive I have problems staying online and get to restart my blogs at the line that it drops at.The computer will say that I am still on line but a problem is indicated on the screen.Could we too be censored in the good OLE USA?Does the providers and browsers do a little watching over our shoulder to see if they agree with our ideas of life?I have written
about the censorship in other countries of the world.I would hate to see that happen in this country.
Now take a moment and think of whats happening here in the USA.if you live in the states that like to control your activities.the states that feel  a yen to save us from ourselves are the Places that are the most oppressive with any freedoms.Examples of these rules/Laws are helmet laws,Seat belt laws,Bicycle laws,sidewalk use by skates/skateboards,Gun bans,ecological overkill bills that feed the political machine and kills commerce,
or how bout the law that puts taxes on out of state workers,The INTERNET is just a little more control on people that really don't have need to be further monitored by desk generals.

Our lives are monitored as never before in history.Machines flying overhead with instant death on board.
if you travel then there's a paper trail that follows you.if you use a credit card,a paper and data trail follows.
Whether by land or by sea the monitoring is non stop.when you write an E-Mail to gramma or a personal letter to your loved one there's always someone or something that is watching you.If you think this is the ranting of a paranoid individual,then you are allowed a uninformed opinion.I invite you to download every
anti-spying anti tracking anti monitoring add ons you can find.barring the fact that many browsers like to keep tabs on you for sales and directing you to their advertisers sites.See how well the expensive PC now works to
get you on the net.The trackers will stop you dead after awhile out of shear frustration to your actions.
the INTERNET is far from free anywhere there is society and its watchers.

WE THE PEOPLE of the world are the last to know the people or machines that watch our common goings on.I personally have warned the watching things(people or machines) that they will fall into a deep and non recoverable comma or whatever.They will succumb to extreme effects  of the boredom due to the exiting life I live.

 I do urge you to experiment with the anti-Phishing,tracking,spying,ETC.add ons to limit the Sopa type monitoring of our freedoms.

Yes there is people who do need monitoring in this world,People who apparently
are using the net to plan stupid and destructive activities.There is always that element in "man kinds"domain.

Killers_agents @Rocketmail.com is such a group of morons.using the net to Extort ,blackmail and terrorize people for money.

Try  some experiments and see how much you hear from the complaining factions that will insist on monitoring your life.

Till we meet again on this material/virtual pane,Keep the faith and keep working for the goals of freedom.

Its much easier to lose your freedom than regain it when its allowed to be taken away.ask any former iron curtain countries resident.or any former POW orNazi concentration camp survivor.You might ask any Native American that could still be living free and hunting tatonka.(Buffalo/Bison).What the Reservation life did for their culture from about 1880 or so...Make sure you look into their eyes when they begin to recall that dark time.

This was written a while back in time,Way before  before the Russians invaded and claimed Crimea.Way before Edward Snowden freedom of speech,was censored from speaking freely from his exile in Russia.This world is becoming more and more Smoke and mirrors to those of us just trying to actually find solutions to our world.

Find the reason inner cities become War zones and work your way to the political world.The so called reasons for the violence remains the very same...Fear,Greed,and hatred.
The Biosphere Earth really does not have problems till so called Mans,Civilization as we know it arrives.

 .We have the power to overcome our problems if we work together...We need to learn  to extend a right hand as the old world warriors did when meeting another warrior.
The reason for this custom was because most people are right handed and it very difficult to pitch a spear or wield a sword,with the left hand.Your right hand shaking the other warriors hand met you wouldn't kill him/her.There were female warriors even though this world thanked them by killing them when they succeeded in winning.NOTE :Joan Of Ark,Thanx :)
