Shortwave Radio and Philosophys, Old Tech,Still Great.

I rarely listen to the radio anymore,simply because of certain  content that is presented..I do listen to shortwave and very long distance AM radio.It gives a very different perspective to hear how many versions of the world really exists.Each piece of man-kinds electronic world ,looks with polarized eyes that removes the blinders  as the polarization decreases.The positive side of that polarization removal process is that it sometimes begins to open a part of the mind that allows for spiritual rising.An awakening as it has been called by some.This awakening isn't joining another philosophy,culture or whatever.The awakening is simply developing an ability to listen with an open mind to others viewpoint It doesn,t mean that you agree or disagree.It means that you understand there's other ideas of life and living in the world.Those ideas are not from your upbringing or your society.They are from the other persons lifestyle, developed from the world they were influenced by.Peer pressure is also a factor in societies.The Arab spring is a very good example of longtime changes being needed.Shortwave Radio broadcasts were  rumbling  about it  two weeks b4 the usual media even picked up what was happening.

Shortwave is the best way to hear from the rest of the world if you are not able to get cable tv or internet where you are.The equipment is usually not real expensive and pays for itself for many years.The articles on what frequencies  most used and interesting are  many on the internet.The articles are found in your local library.Another source of information can be found by anyone who is a ham operator.A ham operator is someone who not only can listen on shortwave,they also are licensed to talk on the shortwave frequencies(called bands).Something I have always admired they could do.Maybe someday...

The radio stations have greatly changed since my days of listening to that old Philco tube type Radio.Its was given to me by an old retired school teacher from across the street where my parents lived.Everyday I was home That radio was my best friend.I listened to the monster shortwave stations from around the world.

The stations I listened to were not the places that society in that time period would have looked at with kindness.Radio Moscow,Radio China,Radio Cuba,Germany,My personal favorite(still)the BBC.The english speaking stations .My best radio station of course was a station I have not found in a long time its the radio station I would love because of the society I  Identify with.Its called the Voice of America.Great listening,with similar propaganda to other stations around the world.It sounded like Freedom to me.Can only  imagine what those behind the old Iron curtain thought. It all needs to be taken with the proverbial grain of salt.
To listen to the music of other cultures makes me think of something resembling ancient/new wave music

If you need to get away from the brain pounding non-sense of what passes for "entertainment" on the media bands,Get a radio that tunes in the world.The Internet is another media input.My personal favorite is the android phone I bought a few months ago.It has the ability to download Apps,Or applications.Programs to enhance your device. Down load the app for worldwide radio stations.Then tune into the station called A-Net.its the only radio station at the South Pole.The residents Play some of the best smooth jazz.I suspect they are also the performers and the writers of that music.Its truly good music.To bad the Penquins Down there are not capable of a listen.Wow, can you visualize the hundreds of birds listening with sunglasses on and just chillin out to the Jazz.Koool man!(Pun intended)

The World as we Know it is shrinking each day as we move into the future.The technological world makes it possible to reach out from anywhere like magic.In another time we all would probably  get sent to the stake or hanged for witchcraft(witches became the doctors,thinkers and philosophers that changed the world ie:Joan of Arc who heard the Voices of Divinity). if we were caught with our modern gizmos chattering away.
 Can you imagine the reaction of this child of the 1950s listening to the above radio stations if the politicians had known it?Senator McCarthy Just turned over in his anti-communist hunting grave..Bet You thought witchunts happened way back in the dark ages..

. All technology is a tool like anything else,it opens the world to let us see miracles or smites the world for its ignorance and poor judgement.The shortwave of my childhood let me see without political blinders many of the  worlds ideas.It didn't corrupt me to any philosophy.The only philosophy that's important is Knowing that there is more to the world than any individuals idea of this  world and its finite philosophies.Humbly yours RJP.Till next time my friend.

Does it Matter What the Political World Proclaims to the Masses

Each day we(to describe the masses from here on for simplicity) are barraged with what this guy or that woman is saying in the run for political  office.Its not what they once said b4 they get elected to that political office.The media calls it spin.Candidates call it the truth as they know it from the information given to them.Most of us that actually have a life,just call it political BS.You can use your imagination on this anagram.That is not calling those honorable folks all liars or crooked or whatever label your hearts desire.Most are really no different in their beliefs than most of the population of this country.They start out will a real honest dream to make changes for the better.The dream is real in their hearts to begin with....The dream is very real that The sheep electing  them to office would rally to their cause like the Great Armies of old.Raising their shields high and banging their spears on the polished shields.The Romans  legions charging into bloody battle for the honor of  the God Caesar.  Onward to over whelm the non believers of Caesar. If I may mix my meta-fores :et tu Bruti,et tu.( Its Latin from a great play,and not the Brutus from Popeye,Google it).

My own belief is that they may honestly believe that they can make the difference when the primary promises are made.Then when money and support starts rolling in.Mankind and easy money are strong inducements to see things differently than before.The staff is increased to help bolster the campaign,increase the cash input.The legal mouthpieces are hired to keep the spin from crashing while the political machine is being built preparing for the future Mud-wars.These wars are the test bed for the major battles that use the internet to hunt with its robots and crawlers for the slightest hint of corrupted past life.The machine intelligence has ramped up the abilities of opponents to hunt for everything from a bad photo that would be damaging to the
domestic life not being the norm.Whatever normal is or has ever been in Man-kinds world.The Spin-masters then take this  &make what may be as harmless, sound as negative As possible.All is fair in love and war.Right?nI the political arena I would imagine the oldtimers already deep in the political m uck have long been converted to the "ways thing have always been run" system of doing thingsCan you see this poor dreamer all desheveled and sitting by himself after a day of the established elders shooting hole in his ideas? .I can almost imagine the elder politician walking up to the newbie.  Putting an arm around the Jr. Politician in a fatherly jester (or is that jesture?).Telling how he was the same fire-brand years ago when he got there.Son,You might better just relax now and it wont be so hard for you.You can decide to do this hard or just let things happen so you  can give you and your family an easier life.Life here can give you everything you ever dreamed of.We can give you the world.I hope that young firebrand remembers the very old and wise phrase about that..You can gain the world and lose your soul.The world is not yours to give.

The world of politics has got to be the most powerful incentive to not hold true to your faiths,whatever they are.The people we send to office are just like you and I.Its the world they enter that changes them.The wheels of power are astronomically huge and powerful.They political circles that exist are circles inside of circles.Each circle of power being connected to another and another.These circles each support a chain of offices that work to hold the system together.The effect would be very similar to chain-mail in armor. a good example of this linked system is national security.Its said to have over 300-Known-links.That was on Cable TV about a year ago.General info.if you look for it. The problem with chain-mail is it grows to heavy for the users to wear after awhile.Perhaps if we abandon the extra chain mail political system we can move ahead with greater speed and and agility.The chain mail was abandoned by the horse backed knights of old because the unarmored barbarians pulled them off their horses and slew them.The armor had become an obsolete detriment to the knights.Even crossbow weapons would penetrate the armor.

Like the armor and the crossbow,the political system we have could use an upgrade.Limit the time of office.Make that office a part time job.limit the time that arguments can just go on and on and on ...
Then let the people of the United States vote by internet or ballet.Its called a democracy after all.Next lets make the competition for office a bit more polite.I really hate the rhetoric that now has grown into a verbal bloodbath.The elections used to be just a few months and now its 24/7 with the media dogs barking all day and all night.Even a hunting dog knows when to keep quiet.Next lets actually create a more transparent Goverment.Most secrets are really not worth their secrecy.Ask any former member of a secret society what was so special and usually it will not take long to want to plug you ears and run away.Its mostly propaganda,member control,dues,money and hokus-pokus  rituals.More control...A unified controlled unit.
We are a Nation built on The individual efforts of people.Creative,inventive,intuitive.If we send preople with visions to office,we need to apply the crowbars given the population to make those dreams a reality.For the people,by the people the majority needs to speak up or remain silent forever in their dark corner of despair.
You will never have a nation that you now have if YOU dont dictate you choices in this world.

Dinosaurs Maybe The Cause of Climate change(The Real Story)

I was listening to the radio today on one of those distant stations that fade in and out.I was focused on what I was working at when I caught a scientist (who's name I didn't get),mentioned that the dinosaurs Flatulence was the cause of climate change.Must of  been some brew and chili they had those millions of years ago.
I imagined him sitting there in the broadcast room with the windows closed to keep out the Dinosaur farts still floating lazily in the polluted breeze.I just know he had the a/c turned off in the 90+degree heat.I was seeing him sit there in my minds eye with the tin foil wrapped around his head to prevent the cosmic rays from further mutating his cortex.

I have no doubt as one of the ordinary folks hearing the news these days that the environment and climate have changed over the centuries.I do have a theory about the cause of the changes over time though.
It seems that with any bio-system  needs to find a balance to maintain life of any kind. Earth is no exception.An aquarium or terrarium needs to maintain balance or it dies.Those systems are locked into what its keeper does to maintain that balance.Okay,so what is my theory? Here goes..Give me just a moment to figure out how to put on this aluminum foil hat so I can get the Air of coming up with My theory.

A long,long time ago in a far off world ,lived creatures of gigantic proportions.These creatures weighed may hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds.Their enormous size made it mandatory to eat tons of vegetables daily.The Meat eaters had many vegetarian critters to munch on.It was a virtual paradise for them.Well for everything but the vegetarian critters.They were pretty much munchies on the run.All was well for many millions of years.Eating,breeding,and leaving big smelly piles all over the place.They never took time to clean up any of their own messes.You know how that goes.The vegetarians blamed the meat eaters and the meat eaters ate the complainers for lunch and later left them in one of those piles.It got ugly,and stinky.

After many centuries of this kind of flatulence . Those critters just got bigger and bigger every generation.
Unfortunaetly Greater amounts of food were needed to maintain the creatures,leaving even bigger piles of
Dino-doo-doo.The flatulence became so intense that mother nature decided to take action.She(being landlord and sole proprietor)turned off the heat to discourage the occupants From living and pooping all over.The Dinosaurs only had a brain the size of a walnut.With this in mind, this story will no doubt,surprise you as to what actually might have happened next.The Dinosaurs called a truce and the meat eaters agreed to only eat the fat/slow vegatarians till it ended.The Grand Hi Order of Dino-Pubbadom was summoned to oversee the meeting.He(The Grand Hi Muckie-Muck)+ was elected by the brain size he had.His was the size of a pea.Much ezier to convince due to not enough to grey matter to confuse the argument.Never the less The Grand Dino-Pubba Hi muckie muck did some 5leave brain expander herb to open his pea-brain to visionsThis May have contributed to his pea-size brain..He was amazed to see two legged warm blooded creature appear in the future.He was seeing humans thru history killing off each other.The puzzling thing was these creature were killing for something called war.They had to be raptor descendents,he thought.The Ice Age was here and the Grand Dino-Pubba foresaw the death of all those creatures except a tiny few.The dinosaurs came up with a plan to return to the paradise after a time past.They would leave the dead bodies where these technological humans would find them a long time in the future.The rest would die and change into fossil fuels.The stink would get them used to the smell of dinosaurs.Movies(whatever they were) would prepare the humans for the rise of the Grand Dino-Pubbas and his followers.A baby Wolly Mammoth was placed where it would rest in ice for them to find.Reanimation by something called cloning.Then those silly creatures would stink up the world and mother nature would feel bad about getting rid of the humans by throwing them into the extinction cycle.Of course this is only a theory that might have happened.Its just as sensible as the dinosaur farts killed them.Or the law that some airheads(possibly smoking those 5leaved brain plants) wanted to diaper the cattle and cows in the pastures to prevent them leaving piles.Then there was the crowd that wanted to make farmers put Methane tubes up cows butts to collect methane gas,ETC for fuel. I believe the Idea died shortly after the Farmers offered to let the brainchild install the hoses.Every balanced eco-system has to find balance by adjusting to extremes till a balance is found.Doomsday wont happen Unless make it happen.We simply have to allow natures bio-system to adjust to what is disturbing its harmony.Dinosaur flatulence lasting a million plus years would be large.Perhaps that should be called the second big bag.Maybe that's what made the crater in the earth in Arizona.Man that one had to be a real
thunder blaster....
sounds like a lot of Dino-Doodoo to me.

Has  anyone found a newscast that has positive events to report.I can't believe the negative reporting by just about anyone on the tv or radio these days.I remember listening to the radio in the days when radio and tv was trying to uplift the population(masses) with positive things.Events such as the Kennedys happenings were even made to be positive.with the event of their deaths being the exception of course.Through out the years news and programs have gone from the Lone Ranger and Tonto,Jack Benny,more recently the voice of the great Paul Harvey.Both senior and Paul Junior were a daily listen for me when I was traveling around the various parts of the United States and Canada.
It seems that the broadcasters today seem to value the caustic sarcasm style of people bent on acting like that relative your family tries not to invite for holidays.You know,thatperson that spends their time whining and bemoaning everyone that has a different view on lifes many facets.Apparently their viewpoint is without color or dimension.I can only imagine that their mindset is the drabbest shade of greasey grey goo.I heard a broadcaster that ranting about a singer that I have grown to listen to sing.They were saying  very uncomplimentary things about her.Everything from the meat outfit she wore to the way she sings.Blah,blah,blah etc
Forget the fact that she is an inventor,extremely smart and has a heck of strong voice for a pint size powerhouse.I will not mention her by name because the stars have become targets for the nobodies sitting in deadend jobs with no hopes of anything in the future.
The media has become a dumping ground for degrading the people that we used to look up to.The lifestyles of the famous has become the focal points of their humaness  instead of the things they can do.The services and talent they provide to us everyday.We search for the slightest imperfection to start degrading and demonizing them.I have no idea as to why this has become so popular these days.We may never return to those thrilling days of yesterday.Perhaps that's why our society is in chaos with bullies in the news and School shooting copy cats making our headlines.The constant barrage of negative input is melting our Spiritual Conciousness.Would we see empty shells if our vision could see  the spiritual outlines of our being.
This leaves  themselves degraded while they try to make everyone as low as they think of themselves.Maybe Our bullies have learned too well, from the political radio folks or the announcers that show them how to degrade others to help them feel better about their own opinion of themselves.Teach your children well,Their parents hell...a popular song was singing on the station that the announcer above spoke.I guess that lesson escaped  him .

Ontario County NY Left out of program to replace Old Unsafe Mobile Homes

The Ontario County N.Y. program to replace the old and unsafe mobile home trailers is in jepordy..Many people that have lived in these "trailers have been there for decades.They are now aging,retired,disabled with reduced incomes.They are still very Independent but need a little help financially to replace the long unsafe trailers with modern updated units.The local code have change over the years to improve the safety of housing.These places are being provided money through the Governmental offices to make your neighborhood safer by replacing the units that now have corroded water pipes,worn sewer lines and possibly electrical standards that were great decades ago.Without the county allowing the funds to be given out residents face substandard housing while other counties are reaping harvests that upgrade the local tax assessments on land for the neighborhood.It not only provides better living conditions for many who would do so if they still could,it makes safer neighborhoods to live in.People are not going to be to Irate about the house next door burning down till it catches their castle on fire.That sweet little old couple next door would burn to death because the politicians withheld some funds that might just have saved them burning.That same older couple would not have to suffer another poorly insulated  aging home and a deadly cold winter..
It is without a doubt that most of these folks love the fact that they have their independence at a home they took years to pay for.they have been good citizens and simply cant  restart life at this stage in life.
The Federal,State and Local Programs have no trouble building Projects that soon become disasters.
These folks have worked for years to be good citizens Time has simply worn out their housing.It is now far more costly to repair and refurbish the aging modulars and mobile homes.The housing standards are far more strict than in recent years.replacing the old units will benefit all those concerned with safety.

Theres also a petition online(no profit) @ change.org ,that you may examine and sign if you agree.
If there's other  Places doing this then get on the net and lets see what we can accomplish.Information is power and we the people need to use it wisely.

The newscaster stated that our President has bypassed the system to place into existence  a law that limits our Constitutional Rights.It may seem shocking to hear that those in charge of the masses can just yank the slats out from the constitution.The people who have the Job of keeping this country running have been under the gun for years.They are a couple hundred thousand strong doing their jobs every day with the rules dumped on them by bureaucrats. Bureaucrats that run the dedicated people lives by computerized virtual reality.These particular bureaucrats can destroy a work background with the simple push of a computer key.
This action leaves a destructive mark on a federal record that cant be fought by the now unemployable worker.
Your no doubt are  wondering who these hard working and dedicated folks are that are living with this shadow hanging over them.Read on and remember that these folks have regulations that have quietly been in effect without recourse.

The CDL Trucking industry was infected by a new reporting department that is call CSA.it ,unlike the older DAC record has no recourse if your ticketed.You are guilty without any way to protect yourself from the wrath of any D.O.T. officer that got out of the wrong side of bed.That Is also the power it gives to trucking companies to destroy the older more experienced drivers.The older drivers must be paid more for their years on the road.Anyone that has driven tractor trailers for any amount of years would have noticed the huge rise in inadequate driving schools.If you know what a puppy mill is then you can easily identify my example.
There is more people being turned out as drivers than ever before.they get a government backed loan,goto several weeks of "school" and are now professional drivers.They may then goto a few more weeks of a driver with possibly 6months experience riding with them.The older "blackballed" driver is left sitting at home in an unemployable state while the company merrily puts a rookie in his old truck.I have many pictures of these Pro's with their new rigs stuck under bridges and in the ditches.
Who ever passed the CSA rules new there wasn't anyone to protest the unconstitutional value of a law that didnt effect anyone outside the CDL jobs.
That said folks....Hows it feel to have it visit your life?There,s an old saying that has several para-phrasings.I will paraphrase a new version:when they came for the homeless folks  rights,no one spoke up.When they came for the People in the streets rights,no one spoke up.When they came for the CDL drivers rights no one spoke up.When they came for my rights,there was no one left to say anything,Because they found they no longer had a right to speak.
Don't let those who would destroy the greatest nation in history do the dirty deed without speaking out ,before you no longer have a right to do so.
When good folks do nothing,evil prevails.

I wish to inquire as to how a lifetime member of the NRA can also be the same person that backed so very many gun bans.It seems that there is many times that our man in government has voted for those of us who truly are hunters and sportsmen to lose our firearms rights.I have not hunted for even food in many years.I would never deniy those who do.I am not in an office that would have people trying to elect those whose word is true.The facts of this mans story is written all over the media.

My dad was a life time member of the NRA during Charleton Hestons years.I always thought organizations that had Lifetime members checked a little bit better.why would any Orgaization
representing the gun owners rights let a politically opposed person use them to win an election.
Kinda like letting the fox into trust of the hen-house to watch the chickens!

The NRA now continues to alllow  a person who obviously is many times over a gun banning voter.Someone that would shut them down in a heartbeat with force of arms if need be.
There is a very interesting piece of paper that in itself is not worth much.Just a paper to anyone that
figures on re-writing it in their own image of freedom.

To those of us that can read it in awe of the intelligent beings that foresaw so many things that could
be developed in the name of freedom.They knew through the faith in the dream of a free land.Those brilliant people had the abilities to write a set of rules based on the nature of mankind and events through-out history.Events that told of madmen and tyrants that preyed on the innocent.They lived in a time when people had to forage and hunt with weapons.They also were living in a time of oppression and tyrannies.They made sure that would never happen again by allowing the people to
posses and use firearms.The right to bear arms became and still is the right of the free man to defend and protect his family,

Madmen will always exist in the societies we live in.It is part of the world we have yet to understand.
The mass majority of  gun owners live their whole lives without others even being aware they own firearms.It still is a basic right of ownership that is a constant political battle to keep our constitutional rights  from being eroded by fox in the hen-house politicians.

So while Mitt Romney is a lifetime NRA politician,He still has a rather long record of banning ,or trying to ban one of  our constitutional rights.Just think...those citizens that were good legal citizens
registered your firearms.we will lose them when they are made illegal.Our registered guns will have a name and address to find the owner at home...Only a Nation that fears it actions on it's people will disarm it's citizens.


I hope we have a president in the White House That May not like firearms,but understands the Aurora type of events that make us feel the police are sometimes not enough,not in time to help...

My E mail will finally be clear of everyone in the Democratic Party trying to out do each other sending me donation notices for the party that I already support..
