The News is Reflecting The Growing Gap In the Social Split in America between The priveledged Rich and Those Who Are Not

The news from Texas,a state I hold as special in my opinion has changed as has the rest of the USA.
The trees have become to short for lynchings and the judges have become to paid for to sentence fairly.

A teen ager shoplifted beer from a store,stole the family vehicle and proceeded to kill 4 people who were just walking along the road.

Lets see now,As a non-lawyer and speaking as a citizen,if it was most folks we know they would bury you under the jailhouse for this hideous crime.That is if you fall under the specter of  being silently  labeled the child of a lesser god.Those who can not buy their way to freedom.A better lawyer,better judge or just be above the usual punishment/reward of all the lesser people.

This kid had a lawyer that actually pleaded that this murderer of several people was just a spoiled child that had never been taught any different.He was sentenced to 10 years Probation at a place his victims probably never could afford if they had committed a hideous crime of DWI homicide.let alone multiple homicide that he actually did without any doubts about it.

I wonder like others that have talked about this if the judge is personally attached to the family.I wonder if the judge has perhaps been in their seat a bit to long.I wonder if the judge has health problems that impair their judgement to reality.I would hope there is no other judgement impeding substance involved.

The families of those killed will be left without their loved one.This is Christmas Season and the families will  be forced to  celebrate the holiday as a funeral.A death that was completely senseless.
The Murderer is protected,The the victims buried without Justice and the families left to wonder where the justice has gone.murdered victims and families that need to fight for justifiable closure.

This deal reminds me of the southern "trials that the good ole boys ''used to call justice.A  privileged [or whatever label you wish] kid kills another human being,in this case several human beings.The
local police take that murderer into custody and the Good Ole  Boy judge does a hearing for justice[wink,wink].The perp is slapped on the hand and forced to hear a scolding and let go.

After all the boy is a poor?spoiled kid that didn't know any better.?I do have a suggestion on this terrible condition.

Since the parents are wearing this as their fault and sonny boy did the dirty deed, don't you think
there is shared guilt here?A set of parents who failed to teach a set of values beyond the holy buck.
A set of parents that failed to correct a child who is old enough to stealbeer and vehicles.a kid who is now 17years old and still acting as a boozed up spoiled brat.a young adult not accepting responsiblity for a crime of murder among other things.The parents actually agreeing with the kids crime by hiring a high priced lawyer to get the kid off after killing folks.The apple apparently did not fall far from the tree in this case....I wonder if there was a pay off offer some where?

My suggestion would be a poetic justice for this individual.Place the parents in the same jail as the boy.The blame game will never bring the dead back to their families.It does not matter Who is to blame or why.What matters is that responsibility has been handed to the parents and the crime is by the murderer. Both are guilt of those now dead human beings.

The time not spent raising a responsible child will be lost when all three can learn the togetherness and general population of prison.Not a white collar vacation,PRISON,but a place for murderers and those similar irresponsible thugs,spoiled or not.It would give the family time to rethink their values and perhaps find the family that the victims families will never regain.

What has happened in the heart of Texas?I think those who died at the Alamo have just turned over in their virtual graves at the injustice taking place in this great state.Where are those voices that have in the past cried foul and unfair for others murdered with Elite characters involved.

It should never be a case of color,race creed,social status,beliefs,color,ETC,ETC.Justice is depicted as a women that wears a blindfold...I do not believe the sculture was thinking justice would turn blind eyes to what is right and proper..

WE THE PEOPLE need to see this sort of judicial injustice is allowed.I would urge you dear reader to Google search for this story and write to the Governor of Texas to demand justice for the Victims.

Personal Drones and Who Is Watching Who

The technical magazines are running articles on the availability of tiny personal drones for sale.These tiny model airplanes are equipt with cameras,radio controls,solar cells,
sound recorders,etc.Some are able to be controlled by cellphones.Others are controlled by model airplane frequencies.The possession of these are for recreation and entertainment purposes.I have been reading about the military use of the various drones and the horrific death that they bring to civilians by no military decree.

It no doubt is very easy for the powers to be to give a KILL order for any target,real or
imagined.The incident the can easily be said to be "a Suspected Threat".That would pretty much cover anyone that just needs to bring virtual killing out of their video game time.This is all top secret and easily hidden in then mistakes file that WE THE PEOPLE will never be Privy to.The daily goings on that citizens never see or hear of.

The questions for us with a private collections of drones follows:When will the privacy
factors become mute.When will we not be able to avoid the camera of a personal drone. Cameras are already not allowed inside many shower rooms and public places.
a fone left on can get you a preditor label for life.A nasty label that means a death sentence if ever you go to jail.Some kind of honor among convicts or whatever.

I cant see these new adult toys becoming weapons in the conventional sense.The only
way the danger is presented is in cases like the royal family recent video of a sunbathing Kate and the peeping tom that snapped a photo.Drones will make crimes
far more do-able than long range lenses.A fly over intrusion to present a conpromising
video with sound.Blackmail,divorce,political arm bending.It is the beginning of many
arguments in courts around the world.

The technologies developing for future use will be far more intrusive than a model airplane with cameras.There is developers working on units the size of a bubblebee.
or imitating a cockroach.The personal privacy we have enjoyed in the past will never again be ours.We will be subject  to invasion of every aspect of our lives.Imagine the
effect of a world leaders love life being threatened by such monitoring.The lives that we have enjoyed will be video-d and digitized for inspection and review.

The military mechanical dogs(Look up Mechanical Wardog Robots)and drones already have enormous advertised and un advertised abilities that make us all observed and monitored subjects.An Arizona Sheriff Department has already become the first civilian use(known Use) of drones and their Technologies.Border Patrol is said to have
a few in use.

The future is always predicted by the Imaginations of writers and futurists.The time period between the imaginative thought and the existence of the idea is becoming shortened by human abilities.Whether we become a totally monitored society or
become the machines that we use and fear taking over,is up to us all.We already allow machines to sustain threatening life situations such as Kidney machines,Pace makers,ETC.Machines plan our days and weeks,figure our expenses,run our lives and entertain us.It is just a matter of time before we decide to merge more completely with the feared bionics to become our nemesis.drones will then be common place as they will either be the enemy of our imagined terminator types or they will become who we are in the future.I hope they will never become the tools of common invasion an murder at the push of someones demigods finger.......OR IS IT ALREADY TO LATE?

Population Size &Social Pressure is A Human Factor.

Recent news casts here in the USA have been filled with articles of violence.Children being murdered by their parents,by babysitters etc.Then there's the people who have been sooooo stressed out that something inside their brain shorts out.They just can not cope wit whatever is bothering them  any more.The next thing that happens is an explosion of rage that kills and maims folks that had nothing to do with the raging person.No one will ever know what they feel( or f they feel) afterwards.What does a murderer, possessed Feel?

The media usually tries to tell the story of  the scene.The true story is never actually known.
There has been many crazy acts of violence around the world in the past couple of years.Areas that were never really indicated as dangerous places have even made the news.Norway was the seen of mass madness awhile back.Who would have thought it possible.The USA has a long history of wild west crazies that thing the legends and movies are legit tales.They think you can just walk out and shoot ,stab or Kung-Fu anyone that you don't agree with,Even Jet LI has sworn off the go out and
clobber the other guy philosophy.

The question I find myself asking is this.What is it today that inspires people all over the world to have their brain simply go off like a bomb.What I see is this.The world has grown in population in leaps and bounds in only a generation or so.There is far more people living in increasingly more densely populated areas.When any living thing is crowded into a small area,it has to compete  for
space to live in.Whether plants,animals or people,it's the same.Crowded conditions have detrimental
impact on all things.Thers still one more element that effects the human factor.

The effect,let us call it the human factor,is the effect of our  ever more oppressive societies and their
constant pressure to fall into a pattern.This pattern is to earn more,spend more,It's more,more,more.
There is a demand on our time.Demands on the our lives,demands on the things we love.Everything in our societies seem to try to pull at the very core of our being.

The shooters etc. have feelings of being crushed against the realities of their lives and abilities.These people are not the screwballs that hate for religious,racial,or political reasons.They are the common folks that have normal lives that are falling apart from those pressures.The folks that have worked hard to build a decent life for their families.The fathers and mothers that cared enough to stay for their childrens sake if nothing more.The paycheck has not increased to meet the bills.The auto bought a short time ago turned out to be an expensive hunk of junk.Still it demands payments as well as repairs.The fuel cost of this albatross is financially crippling.The apartment or home is costing beyond the costs when it was started.Utility bills keep going up for the same amount of units as in the past,Pressure is expotential on the mind.It builds up with no outlets

The people who blow a mental fuse from this pressure are the ones that become so upset with the situation of their lives that common sense becomes blurred.They move through the day with stress and confusion mounting to unbearable levels.Migraines,shaking,irritability,sickness.These folks can become mentally ill,and physically ill very easily.

It's medically recorded that social pressures can take down even the strongest persons.The people that go out and shoot others are the weakest link in societies chain.They never suspected just how ill stree had made them.This is where you come in.Only you can prevent disaster from happening to others.
If you know someone who has just about reached the end of their limits on being stressed out.
You might be able to have a friendly talk with them about the problems.More than likely it will turn very ugly from their denial that anything is wrong "It's ok, I will work it out".This is when you might do some research at the computer and find ways to help out. Send some info to organizations that can
send materials to assist the person needing help.This can usually be done without involving yourself,

Many organization can  be asked to help  anonymously.Churchgroups,Charities.social organizations Etc.It's no sin to help your brother or sister in trouble.It could save them alot of heartache in the future.If you love them help to set them free from a bad future decision.They wont be able to see their way out of the mess  their lives have become. i wouldn't guarantee they will love you afterwards(if it becomes known).The headlines wont have them as burnt out,desperate killers blowing off steam in a last moment of futile glory.A last hollywood movie moment that just destroys  innoccent livesfor no reason that is justifiable to anyone.

Societies will continue to be overcrowded in the future.People will be more and more crushed together like sardines in a can.This is a safe prediction with no medium involved.Mankind likes to live together for safety,convenience and so on.The trade off is the societal expectation of all that goes with it.

Those things that one becomes numb to can only be realized when you stand on a hill out in the desert.The quiet calm of the  empty spaces with no-one for 50+miles quickly explains why we,Humans are so stressed out when we re-enter the Human society and its noisy confusion.
