Tiny Georgia Island is Last U.S.A. Slave Refuge Under Attack by Georgian Politicians

The Tiny swampy island of the coast of Georgia USA is under attack by the state of Georgia.The people living there have been there since slavery days.There isn't as many people living there as there once was.Mostly folks that simply enjoy there lives as they have always live it.The sea provides for them as it did for their ancestors for the past century orso.

In a move to force the inhabitants out of their homes the Georgia tax department has raised their taxes by over 500%.To say the least the people can pay so inflated a tax rate.It is a very good example of the government not caring about people that live their lives away from the nuttiness of  politics.

These people have lived there on that tiny island after the Georgian government gave them that piece of land to farm on after the Un-Civil war.They were driven off the majority of the island to make room for a wet lands preserve.It was never needed till now.Those critters just seemed to live just fine without an overtaxed piece of swampland.

It just brings up the question of why this island is being chosen to be given to the birds and bees?
Well the answer is really quite simply.The other small island real estates were owned by real estate developers.You know...the big buck,tied into politicians back pocket types.The islanders however are
a great deal like many of us.They don't have off shore accounts and live each day as they can.
Theres no one rallying a million person march to help them save their homes.Preachers are not flying from the big city to rant and rave about their predicament and how awful people are to them.
It always seems to get their face on the front page,doesn't it?I don't think the tiny island has an airstrip for private jets to land on.Theres never been any need.These are simple folks that just want to live and raise their kids away from the madness that we live in.It's that tropical island life that many of us dream about.The Georgian Government has found a target to pick on.You know...Someone who doesn't want or can't defend themselves from the bullies.

Why should a governmental group be allowed to set an example for school kids.Those people should have the support of the Black Caucaus, and any other peoples that help folks in trouble.
I believe that the Island would better serve as a national landmark.It is from a time of this world when
people were treated as work animals for the most oppressive of reasons.It serves as hope.Those people labeled as slaves not only rebuild lives broken under the whip.They became hard working,
productive citizens of a country that should never have enslaved them.

They now face the ancestors of their enslavers taking it all back from them without anyone even caring.The enslaving children still seem to hold the peoples freedom with laws and words. Laws
are what enslaved people in that dreadful time of American History.Laws set by those same peoples
ancestors...Those who do not learn from the mistakes of history are destined to repeat it.
Laws made to dictate the lives of  enslaved Humans in chains.Bought and sold for property.

These people need help from their new enslavers.I would urge readers to write the Georgian Governor with letters to make the island a National Landmark as the last Free "slave" colony.
This would make it safe for these hisorical people to live in peace.When the last occupant leaves or dies.It then would become the National Park of these folks.

They are Creole speaking folks that originated in areas of Nigeria Africa.Their island is called Sapelo and the area they live is called Hog Hammond.They have lived in peace for all these years as American citizens.We can learn so much of the traditions of these folks.Any anthropologist or sociologist  should jump at the idea of a thesis on the culture that has lasted for all these years in this isolated piece of Americana.

President Obama signs Tougher Laws on Slavery in the 21rst Century

President Obama has signed an excutive order to toughen the laws in the U.S,A on slavery.The order would tighten up on unscrupulous corperations,business's and persons that recruit people under falsehoods.The rule would strongly punish those who engage in enslaving their  new workers with promises of decent wage,a bright (or at least useful) future income. I would hope this would include a clause for those gangster corperations that lease Commercial trucks to individuals er false support.

I have written articles before about the practice of running ads for profitable leases in Commercial Articles.The ads tell with great flairs how much the lease drivers have made while leasing to this truck company.There is only about 15% that ever are supported to the leases end.These people are the token ad people.They find themselves being used as pawns to sucker others into the leases.They are making money because they are good money hooks for the future swindles.There are thousands of these lease "deals" each day.

The driver is run somethings with only $100 advances from the next week to live on and pay his bills at home.That driver is left to support his/her family with absolutely nothing to send home.The dispatchers tell him that if he/she just hangs in there that things will get better.The driver leasing the truck will Stay faithful that they will at least get a truck when it's finished.The company leasing that truck will bill the leaser for fuel,repairs,taxes,anything that would bring them (corporate)increased revenue from the lease.Double billing on fuel and repairs are not unheard of.The lease driver is left to go through reams of  settlement paperwork that the corporate accountants can not (or will not) explain.

The dream of a personal ownership of a business,one that you love is a strong motivation to work.
This motivation is what leads to the slavery/indebted servant situation in the Commercial Trucking industry.It destroys marriages.It destroys lives that could be productive.It is onl;y one of the slavery scenario's of the 21rst century.I have the paperwork to prove that this scenario exists.

This practice of deceit by commercial leasing truck companies should be included into this law.There are thousands of former drivers such as myself that are caught up in a dream of self employment,Only to have it manipulated by self serving gangsters who are not monitored by the Justice department.The lobbyist for these companies prevented drivers from unionizing during the famous truckers strike many years ago.The then president said that all participants would be held for treason in time of war..Historical records will show you which party was in the White House...

The cargo hauled by lease drivers bring many thousands of dollars to that company.The lease driver normally has to cover business costs on credit or out of his own pocket.I have in the past been told to sell my house,mortgage what ever I had too.You owe us and we will collect "our Money".They usually start sending collection bills threatening to sue the driver after they terminate the lease for whatever can be placed on the Federal DAC record.This record is the place companies report why a driver was terminated.It is very convenient to say the now out of work,out of business and condemned former lease driver has broken any number of critical rules while driving the truck.

This record is taken for verbatim by all the other truck companies in the country.It becomes impossible to get a job unless you can get a local company to hire you.Your career is destroyed by
the power of a Corporate stooge that is making money off the working blood of people with ambition and dreams.That driver remains unemployed till he can write the DAC/Hire Right office.The record and handle all reports on the CDL driver record.They can extract all background reports pro or con.
It takes quite a long time to correct the cons that are simply spite or a hateful companies entry.

The Leasing commercial companies usually have separate branches that are listed as separate from the main corporate entity.Just in case they get sued or the authorities involve themselves.Servitude could be found as  slavery in some places.

There is usually a written contract that serves to protect only the lease company an corporate portion  the least.Contracts usually  can't be seen until the day of signing.Insist on seeing it and many companies will note that future lease victim for failure.They could be trouble in the future.Anyone asking questions or bringing up business queons are regaded as problem children.

The reasons for this corporate attitude is really quite simple.Those lease drivers that are told they will run their own company will be run as if they are driving for the corporation that leases the trucks.If any loads are turned down by the driver then they are punished by letting them sit for days. Fuel costs $500.each day they are running.The Drivers only make about $1.00 a mile.You can only run(legally) about 600-700 miles per day.It sounds like a lot till you figure that after all the expenses dumped  on you as that driver  it only amounts to the same as a company driver would earn.That amount is roughly .$.34 per mile or (minus meals,laundry,scales cost/weigh it
the load to get it legal,roadtolls,etc).That driver earns
$60, a day.when the corporate goons make him/her sit as punishment.they earn nothing.The corporate
lease company still bills them for the expenses they never were provided the work to pay off those expenses.Many leases are for a year or two The swindle usually goefor half of that time.Blilling is
continual and placed on credit reports.further destroying any ablilty to borrow the pay off money.

I believe That  Anti Racketeering Laws and the Anti Slavery Laws should be extended to include the commercial trucking companies.They have for to long been excused for their actions on this practice.
  AS long as the corporate persons can recruit people under false pretense.I view this practice as being similar to the Georgia business that recruited Latino workers  to work for great wages to work during harvest season.They arrived for work,worked hard all week and found the shacks that  were provided,tools that they used and if they used  the outhouses in the field or working in the hot Georgia sun were all charged to their "ACCTs."They were paid almost nothing by their employer/Slave owners.
They were told that next week it would be a positive income.Next week it was billed in the same manner or worse.The system is and has been the same for  decades in the trucking industry.

I propose a solution to this gangster game.The lease driver must receive  at least 50% of the trips pay before he leaves the shippers dock.This assures that driver of at least an even business break,financially.
A Federally appointed independent arbitrator with no connections to any lobbyists,or trucking companies.This Arbitrator would appoint agents  to look into companies that have numerous complaints against them.They would have the power to correct DAC files and order disciplinary actions against Racketeering practices in the commercial trucking industries.

The Driver has his record examined by DOT,Border Patrol,Customs,DEA,the Justice Department, and numerous other Federal Agencies.There is no one that monitors the  Business practices of gangster corporations leasing to people that just wt to maa living with their own business.

I hope that Slavery in the 21rst Century ends with our decade and this President.To those whom have been held in the  Stagnant Status after or losing after  signing a  contract to have large business associates guiding you to business  with a swindliing mind is illegal. It needs to be investigated  and put to an end.
Families and the economy are suffering from this Practice.Prices of everything are reflected by the transportation industry.This effects everyone when drivers lose the abilities to run competitive honest business's.

Write to President  Obama  and request that The Commercial Transportation Industry,be included in the Anti Slavery Laws that are signed.It will end years of the gangsters  Contractual Slavery to steal from the American Dream.

The small article in the New York Times  caught my eye as I read about Bloggers going to prison for their freedom of speech abilities.They were stating a few problems their government was experiencing.They were little problems when it can to a democratic nation.Most countries would just say," yeah so that is your opinion and everyone has one."Thats a probable democratic reply...This article is about a Southeast Asian country that has not know freedom for many centuries.It has fought for freedom and lost many times.The people like to be monitored and directed.

50,000  Soldiers from many countries died trying to induce freedom to a people that were caught up in a philosophy that they could not understand.The French nation tried to bring freedom to that part of the world.That didn't work at an earlier time in history.Freedom is a thing they would never rise up and take over the rules.They wouldn.t because it would require a basic right they are not allowed.
It is the right to freedom of speech.

These bloggers will serve prison time for simply trying to rally their people to change their governmemts ideas.Those in power see the changes the internet has brought to other world nations.
It scares the Bajeebers out of those leaders.They would lose their cushie,easy and no doubt corrupt government jobs to all those oppressed  peons the control with fear.

I wrote an article to the Russian people urging them to not pass laws that would plunge the world back into a cold war type atmosphere between nations.The Blog was based on their new Conspiracy by offensive speech to the Russian Government  Law.It was polite and precise to request peace without conflict.I see that the 50% of  my readers that were from Russia no longer can read my Blogs..The freedom of speech is a crucial right even for those that abuse that privilegewith abusive language in the media.It is still a right.These people will lose their families,to serve time in some of the worst prisons in the world.Ask any vietnam veteran about their treatment in a POW camp!
Please ask a vet that Wants to remember that experience and get out of the way...It ain't pretty.

I urge Bloggers and Readers to write the Russian Ambassador as well as the Vietnamese Government to  allow freedom to bloom in their countries.The world must become more open to the populations in order to prevent mass chaos like in the North African countries.Oppression is a terrible thing to control the masses.The internet is the most powerful tool in the history of mankind.
We The People,living in the free world can change the world without ever firing a shot in anger.
Our wmd (Weapons of Mass Destruction) is our Minds set into a free the people mode.

Within you lies the power, to seize the hour, and live your dream. Free the people to live as they can!
Get involved with Human rights groups.Get involved with organizations to educated people.
Get up and out of your couch and live for freedom.It is a rewarding per suite.You will feel more alive at the end of the day than you may have felt in any day past.Write,Blog,Phone,go and patricipate in any help ypu can to better the life of another human being.It is usually rewarding to you in ways only time can make known to you.Even a religious organizations charity drive is a help.
anything to help another is  a work of greatness.could you do any of this without the basic right of Freedom Of Speech? Now imagine being arrested for trying to help another person...You just put yourself in those Bloggers Shoes...Freedom can not be allowed to be silenced,,,

Without the world seeking peaceful means of  dwelling together,we are truly doomed in this nuclear destruction age.Get involved,make a difference.It will change your life.

I am reading on Mitt Romney's Very good health.I do wish him the best of health as any one should be doing.It is the right and proper thing to wish on another person.His physical health is said to be great.His political health has suffered from a terrible ailment lately!

The political ailment I speak of is a reoccurring condition that keeps him from speaking in complete and factual sentences.It (the condition) forces him to blurt out  things that are not really always the truth.That same condition can even force him to sorta,stretch the facts(a lot).To explain  in detail would just be too complicated.It gets explained many times in the media by experts on Politics and Law.They are always talking in the terms that can be easily understood by those of us "ordinary"folks.

The condition is really rare,in that it usually effects only those that buy a business and fire all those hard working folks that worked there.It might be placed on him as a Karmatic gift of his past good deeds to them.That would just be impossible unless your superstitious,of course.A tragic side effect of this condition is that it forces the effected to brag in public as to how enjoyable they found the deal.

Though the effected person has been compared to the tragic condition know as turrets syndrome.Turrets is a terrible disease that victimizes the effected and isolates them by a condition they can't prevent.The political condition I speak of can easily be treated by isolating the effected person.A person with this terrible affliction,I will call politicianitis(Translation:footus in Mouthus) for simplicity.has a limited time to recover from all the effects of this condition.It will progress until the political following, falls into disarray  and chaos results from all the mis-information blurting out.The policies will get more and more confused as the condition worsens with election nearing.

The final ending of this Physically healthy person,suffering from this condition is the loss of Presidential Office.Truly the only result of the condition is that the effected person will find peace when he is sent home to him loved ones to heal from all the political suffering.I wish him well in the future.....


A sense of humor is a valuable thing these days,It keeps you from going nuts from the Political E-mails and constant Phone messages.I know who I am voting for.....That's my story and I'm sticking to it...

Is Russia moving into the Iron curtain darkness again?

The Russian Parliament Officials have announced that they would increase the anti treason laws on foreign influencing organizations.It was unanimously voted on.This proposed law(if brought to practise) makes any organization at risk of committing treason for just speaking about Freedom or Democracy.The Iron Curtain of my childhood is creeping slowly down again...Darkness in Russia is descending once more.

The New York Times article speaks (paraphrasing) of this law  passed to drive out thoughts of Democracy and Freedom in the country that has come so far out of the oppressive years of the Nuclear war threats.
It was a time when as a child that I remember the school teachers walking we,children out into the hallways to stand.The teachers directed us to place our folded arms above our heads and lean against the hallway walls.

We were just children when the air-raid horns blared out their remorseful cries indicating the end of the world.The nuclear missiles from Russia were possibly on the way to destroy our world.It was only a test.Sometimes we were instructed to hide under our desks,arm covering our eyes..Nuclear flash would blind us.We were just little children who were never going to grow up.Never going to see our families again.Russia was destroying The world!!!The Iron curtain was a wall of fear that separated ordinary people by politics.Do we need to repeat those times?
Those who fail to learn from the past are destined to repeat it.

Evil is a small thing,easily controlled,  allowed to grow into a monster,It can devour everything in it's path.... 

Propaganda and politicians,distance and Isolation made our childrens world a place with memories such as those I described above. It is shocking to see a country that is willing to obtain a space agency pardoner,but still hate those who pardoner with them.I would hope that the Russian People don't feel that we represent the real or imagined threat of the cold war years.Those frightened children are adults now.Surely we know now that those children that were against the wall would have been vaporized,leaving only tiny carbon shadows as in Hiroshima and Nagasaki Japan.Is the old ways so very rewarding to you,my friends?Fear and Isolation?

The world has become a very different place from those days.It is not uncommon to find a  Russian wife,find a business link,find an opportunity to cooperate in a space program...We can't hide anymore from the fears that once terrified us as children.The world is becoming to small from technology to hide from that which we once feared as those children.

We can work together and learn about each other as ordinary human beings or foolishly allow our fears to overcome each other.The first option leads to the future and the second leads to total devastation and Hell on earth to those left in the radiated ruins of Mankinds burned and stenching toilet we once called earth.If the Iron curtain is rebuilt,we will never advance as a world people.
The fears and fantasies that drive dictators and madmen will destroy all we as people have accomplished.50years of peace and diplomacy will have been in vain between our countries.
That curtain will slam on even the internet freedoms we all enjoy to whatever degree we do.

Democracy is not so bad when you talk to folks that are just coming from the more oppressive places.
It is like a breathe of clean fresh air on a beautiful winter day when first experienced.This is the description I was told by a friend who immigrated many years ago(just afterWWII).He wore his concentration camp tattoo proudly till the day he passed into peace.May he rest in Peace...

I hope people speak louder than politicians when it comes to freedoms.Once we lose those freedoms,
they will be long,if ever to return.Guard your freedoms well,else you will lose them.
Our elections may seem like a lot of mud slinging and fertilizer heaping.It is because we have the freedom in the U.S.A.to speak as we will on things political. We seem so wild and crazy during these times because we have the freedom to pick and chose who we think best represents our view points,lifestyles and dreams.It may seem a fearful thing to those who find it alien.It's
a truly wonderful experience,our freedom to chose,to speak,to think as independent people.

Freedom is something many of us would die to defend.It is that dear to us in the U.S.
I invite you in places of the world to visit us and see for yourself just what Democracy is
for yourself.You won't regret the feeling....I would never let it change in the U.S.A.
That is why ordinary people vote for the people that will ensure our rights and freedoms...

If the curtain falls in Russia,the Ballet will never be a personal interpretation by an individual again.
Someone who doesn't dance, will always be telling the ballerina how to interpret her moves..every time......forever!

PS.I truly wished that when I wrote this blog September of last year that the current invasion and my prediction of the Iron Curtain once again closing would have been just a bad guess that would never come true.It would have been worth the razzing from folks that I was just having a bad day and the eastern block would never obtain anything of its past evil.
This is that prediction I made coming true.The dark and sinister shadows are closing around our world in ever increasing velocity.

Terror is Still With Us as We Begin to Brace 4Voting

It has been a few days since my last Blog was written.They have been filled with getting out of the Hospital for something called septicemia or blood poisoning as it it known.I stepped on a couple of rather ancient/rusty nails in an old board.I had the attention of several lovely nurses and all thethe antibiotics a person would need to kill just about anything...I am really not accustomed to drugs of any kind,so that was an experience I hope to not repeat.I apreciate you out there being patient for me to resume this  Little Blog in my small corner of the world.

I did get a great deal more television time in while I was getting poked with sharp objects,and tested for everything.That too is unusual as I find my computer can do all my electronic needs and entertainment.The Hospital does not allow internet or computers in rooms.It can really mess up the hospital computers just by proximity to those instruments.SOO...I lay there and watched the great morphine for the masses,called TV!

It seems that the riots over seas have spread out into "friendly???"countries because there are very fragile people/fanatics with no abilities to laugh at themselves.I once had a vice principle of my high school give me some lasting advice.He said that if you can't laugh at yourself a little,the world will make you their joke.

These sad examples of humanity even have one of their religious leaders wagging a bad boy finger at them.What's a religious leader to do???Guess he should have had that fatherly talk with them when they were younger.Oh....Yeah! I really want vacation over there in the land of people that riot and kill on command.Yup!

Next of course is the election that is raging across America like a television supershow.The show Dallas was huge when it aired.The U.S.A.elections have grabbed the attention of the whole world
Because its outcome will effect the whole world.We sit in awe at the goings on during speeches.
We wonder how anyone would say so many words that really amount to nothing.How can a person that supposedly stared and run business's have so little in the way of an explainable plan?The best
business person will tell you that no business ever gets backing without a written business plan.
is politics different than that?Would you start a pardnership with anyone that has not explainable idea of what they need to run that business?

The thing that is strange is that I have read pieces of the Obama Plan.It is really a beginning solution to a world wide problem.It isn't perfect.It isn't a solution.What it really is....Is a first idea.A first effort of a man trying to stem a Great country from repeating the mistakes of other nations.That Idea,needs the thoughts and efforts of many minds to evolve it into a solution.Like a series of batteries powering a motor.The more electricity,the more power to that engine.Think of the Obama plan like a electric motor.The minds are the batteries in series to power that Idea.The more minds that are joined together,the more powerful the idea and it's development.The election is the same principle.
The more voters powering the idea,the better runs the election...Makes sense to me.

Anything can be compared to this scenario in life.The more effort,the better the outcome.Think about it...We can change the world if we just join together to break the down walls that separate sane and civilized humans from  a better world.We can change the world if this tiny principle is applied to
our life's problems.Lets network our strengths and minds to that effort.
