New European World Order Law, All Those NWO Conspiracy Theories come True?

Everywhere on the net is the chatter of the new European Internet laws that is, for the most part, are in the long run unenforceable on the rest of the world. It is pointed at the giants like Facebook and Google who collect terabytes of information on every aspect of our lives. Our interests, curiosities, and use.

Their control is as a blanket covering the world of technology. The details collected regardless of what has stated in privacy writings go far beyond what is commercially useful. For decades this information has been collected and stored for uses that most of us can only imagine. If one was to think for much time, They would probably begin to sound like  paranoia was setting in

I have tried to fathom all the legalese that has been written but I quit when One article said there is over 4000
arguments that make up that law. Another article said it was 4000 Pages that even the makers of the law were not sure of. Then another article said it was unenforceable and would drive small web companies out of business or bankrupt them.

My question is this in the light of Europe invading the rest of the worlds Internet, What has happened throughout history when Europe (one dictator or another) Decided we needed to be brought under their control? Read your history books for that update. It won't work...Never has and never will as long as WE THE PEOPLE stand together.

I hate the fact that My life is pried ed into by the Internet giants. Every time I log in to an entity that was given to THE PEOPLE by the U.S. Government to use freely. As time went on we had more and more of our personal control taken away by the mega-giants that came afterward. Soon every electronic ear and anyone who knew how was pecking away at our private moments we searched in the netherworld of the wire.

Nasty malicious people were trying to destroy our machines with the virus'. Our business interests were hacked, Medical and financial facts were stolen. Let us face it, folks, the nets have gotten worse than the wild west.
There's really no controls on much of the net. So Europe is telling us they've had enough. Enough?

I have personally experienced European hackers on a friends computer being filled with Trojans.ad aware, and other nasty items that completely stopped his new computer. I had to completely dump his hard drive and reboot from basics to clear it out. His computers brand new hard drive was left with damaged areas that will never recover.

So is it a bad thing that someone somewhere, no matter how sloppy a law it might be, is bad?
I wished the Powers that made this law would have asked any one of the millions of people who have been with the Internet for ideas. I have known folks that have been on the net since 1984.

I bought my first computer then. Internet was a mind-boggling 300Baud on dial-up Wired Phones. For the newly uninitiated, That's slower than a snail crawls. It would take hours to download a program in Basic.


The Internet does need some parameters slammed on its invasive practices for the safety and welfare of those who don't know how to protect themselves from intruders. I am just disappointed that this sort of law will no doubt hurt the Small business using the info to generate business flow.

Maybe good, will come of this if it does rein in the Giants and get conversations to create better laws to work for everyone benefit. Either way, our lives are about to change in ways that once again we have little say in
Either way, The united nation's laws have arrived to dictate over the people of the United States. Perhaps The entire world. Except for China, Russia, And others who already have an Iron fist on their Internet people...

Those countries are fine examples of where the free Internet can end up. Try to get on Australia's Internet from where you are. Or China Then looks at the new laws just passed allowing our sensitive information to be sold like we were slaves being held to be ogled like fresh meat in the market square.

We, free people of the world, need our own Internet again even if we have to create it from scratch. There are an estimated 400million people in the world capable of banding together to create the fastest, most sophisticated system that would be completely independent of what's going on in the present Internet around the world. Okay dreamers and geeks, Where do we start?

We have people who are forging into space independently. Building private owned spacecraft to go where few of us will ever be able to go.once built, a satellite to use the free Internet is a path to Earths Orbit ... We have people finding discoveries in just about every field you can Think of.

Think of the advantages of an Internet owned and run by the people of the Earth. A free and open source system. A raspberry Pi sorta  Internet system that anyone can improve as time goes on.....Anything is possible if you join forces in peace to combine the power of thought. It uses the strengths of every brain to improve the idea. and any idea is possible if enough effort and will are put forth to accomplish that goal.


It's an idea that needs to be manifested. The present Internet Giants started those "giant" Corporations in garages and some in college dorms. The smartest people in the world working to build a better Internet...It takes dreamers with a common goal...everyone who thinks is capable of creating. There are only people who have not applied themselves or taken enough time to solve a problem. Many minds working on a problem will make the problems much smaller...

Every dream has its share of hurdles to navigate. This one would take time and yes...Money.I wonder if this sort of thing would meet the donation/investment status of the Kick starter/go fund me type of setup.

Can you imagine a series of satellites up there that just ordinary folks financed, designed and built? the being fired into orbit. A historical first.The first private freeware satellite BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE.The WE THE PEOPLES internet system.

Everything that would go into such a project is currently available to the hobby builder. People are coming up with all sorts of experiments to send up to the space station. Why would a satellite powered by the sun be any different than anything else sent out into the void of space?

It's do-able. Boards such as the Arduino and the Raspberry are a riot to play with. I have experimented with both of these. Arduino is a controller for tons of projects and Raspberry Pi the CPU to program whatever your imagination can dream of within its abilities.

I think tiny single-board CPU units each backing up and monitoring each other. Artificial Intelligent monitoring and overseeing each function also adjusting and maintaining the satellite.working in synch with other boards. People have already created Stacks from these little boards. Why Not a satellite that runs itself?

The circuit board sizes of these boards are getting smaller every month. Those tiny CPU units pack an amazing amount of ability in that small size. The tiny boards also draw almost nothing for power. They are cheap in price. They really don't require much to run and they seem to last for ages if used properly. The perfect combination of a remotely located satellite.

There's more advantages to these little boards in such a mind-blowing endeavor though.

Each board has its own sensors and utilities for a vast amount of self-diagnostics .all the system requirements to create a self-testing, self-analyzing and maybe a self-repairing or self-repairing unit

Maybe a worldwide contest to see which group will be the first to build a successful satellite and then who will build the best design, which satellite stays in operation longest, ETC.

We already have robots battling it out in areas. They were built by amateurs with a dream. It is time for our own open source space program. The peoples open source"Enterprise" No pun Intended. Okay, Pun Much intended. But why not?If Europe or anyone else didn't like the free satellite Internet, Its an option to not use it.

It's just a thought. Parts are available, Designs are whatever is needed by people who are interested. All that's needed to build such a dream is people who have enough will power to make it happen. Where there's a will there is a way.No delusion of grandeur involved, Just shear tenacious will power.

To own such a system is to truly be free and open source. Millions of folks running their own system free of all the gunk being used on the net today. The dark web for all its mystic is really as cluttered up as the visible net.
I have been there and it is gotten to be a real mess compared with all the hype the media would tell you. Cloak and dagger stuff is real, but it is said that 95% of the Internet uses the Dark web. Hospitals with chain bit coding and Law enforcement with encrypted data.Drug companies and Drug pushers,

Sites that also are there that would make a  goat puke they're so bad.Probably true. It's just a matter of time before someone starts demanding you run your web life according to their little whims.

I would love to see the ability to use such an open source system like Linux has with computers. I would love to see that idea of open source applied to a satellite for all people who could manage to find their way to use it. It's just an Idea, for now, But just imagine the advantages of a system run by decent free people of the world without all the crap we find on the net today.


Please Take care of each other out there in the changing world. One day I fear the virtual world of ours will be controlled and used to create George Orwell's hellish 1984 world Manifested. We are already looking at our freedoms being High jacked by foreign powers who don't seem able to run their own back yards for the moment while telling the rest of the world how to live and think. Stand your ground or someone else will take it from you.

Is It Time to Rethink Fraternities an Sports Departments at Colleges

This story may seem disconnected at first but there is a point to this whole scenario if you care to read it all.Think Before You Decide...

The news this week is disturbing enough when things happen that we can doing little to prevent.A woman walks up to another woman who simply stopped to get a little peace and quiet while eating her sandwich at lunchtime..The victim was in her vehicle in a large parking lot to a mega store.

She had chosen the spot because it is in a parking lot that is away from the other cars.The store is also far away from her parking spot so no one will be bothered by her presence.This was  a favorite spot to just get away from the madness in this world.To find a peaceful moment away from things.

Another women,A complete stranger, randomly walked up to this the peaceful woman's car and pulls up a pistol and fires 2 shots into that woman's head.Killing the woman as she sat there.

No reason can be given for the shooters actions.She had just picked out a victim at random.The victim leaves  a husband and two children.She had no enemies and many friends.The shooter will be either tried as a murderer or found to be incompetent to stand trial by reason of insanity.The victim will be dead and lost to her loved ones and friends forever.

The shooter was caught after this incident holding that gun on a nearby store attendants head.Again,No reason but that near victim lived by reasons unknown.The shooter had 2 pistols when caught later.She knew neither person she picked as victims.A life was lost who we must now equate with another. That murderer we will support and take care of for the remainder of their life.Perhaps to soon be released to live free as a bird.Perhaps to become insane again to shoot someone.Will the bullets match the fatal one.Trial by a judge and  jury to follow...

The next article was about Penn state university.An institution that was in the news a short time ago for UN managed abuse of university situations.A coach that was well known had been  abusing children.

It went on for years with knowledge it said in the news by university officials.This was mentioned to reflect a past event of problematic moral proportions.

Now that same university is once more in the news for another well published incident which resulted in a death.A death which is being passed off by the courts as just sports kids doing what they do.That foolishly lost  life apparently meaningless for the judge. A judge  who has dropped pretty much all responsibility for forcing a hazing "pledge" to drink so much alcohol  then allowed him to fall down a flight of stairs.The good frat brothers pledged to stand together. They did.They left him  where he lay for helpless hours injured,dying and alone.No one had the decency to call 911 for help, so he died.Just as if they had put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger.Were They also insane?

Being a child of a lessor god His family apparently was looked on as less important to the judge. Justice is not really worth their sons life?So in his honors infinite wisdom dropped a majority of the charges.What would make this not ,Not worth anyone else who might copy cat.

Boys just having a a little fun with the newbie.A Fraternity,Frathousegood time.

Was the Judge a former Frat boy?Was he just seeing how it was.  A slap on the back for the good ole boys?Thats how we frat bros used to do it to those newbie worms we made crawl as pledges,right?The judge may have thought.No doubt the defense may have also been thinking?Should that be taken into a closer look?Would that cloud an attorneys sense of thinking?

The perpetrators of this hazing are all athletes?The Television showed them in various uniforms that were team oriented?Readers need to ask themselves this question:Why are team members boozing it up on a  State university in the first place.Where is the The university's  dean of students?Finally,

Where is the other parents who pay this place to hire degenerates and allow students to kill other students.They seem to also be okay with hazing to death students.Highly insured Children policies?

Where is the person who is in charge of this frat-house?Why are they not held responsible also?What kind of team rules apply there if these guys actually are on a university team playing sports with gallons of beer.This is sports season for many sports and alcohol is in use with these supposed reps of the university?Drug and alcohol tests all round and often...

Readers may also ask themselves if this college/university needs to have whatever funds yanked until they get their "stuff" together for a lot of rule enforcement.Maybe clear out the deadwood that seems to run(is anybody running this place?). Sounds like the animals are running the ZOO.The inmate running the asylum.

The community around the university never seems to  mind all the bad publicity I guess.The trial is right there and no one seems disturbed with that judges decision. Maybe, except the parents who raised a son to go to school and be murdered.It is not Columbine is it?Or is it?

This is not the only school with problems.I know about bullies and peer pressure as a child. This is just one of the more advanced versions.Peer pressure out of fear from those in mobs

I have a personal example for you.

My old cub-scout patrol leader Frank Jefferies (6years my senior)Pulled a Knife on me every morning at the school bus stop.I had cut my finger on a scout trip with a scout knife I got for Xmas.I was 8yrs old.When I got to high school years later, Jefferies.and his older friends, on the football team would grab me and hold me while he would threaten to cut my sideburns with a 6inch pocket knife at my throat asking me if I was a "bleeder.The other kids I had gone to school with all my life stood and did or said nothing.He couldn't grow sideburns in the 1960s.still can't.

It became a morning ritual with him.I know about ,peer pressure,bullies and mobs...I ended up walking 1 mile to school and a mile home. Through snow and rain.My parents both worked.The local cops said my word against the mobs wouldn't hold up in court.Told me it sounded like a personal problem and they didn't get involved till did he cut me or killed me.

I believe it was a famous author who stood before a judge and said ,"the law is an ass"The writer   served time  for that remark...But I digress.

This college students, parents paid big money to this place to allow bullies to kill their son in an institution that again and again shows a need for major/radical changes.The Judicial system feels this guys life is not important enough to punish the killers/bullies who killed him.

They may not have physically pushed him down those stairs drunk (OR did they?),but they bullied him into doing so out of fear of the mobs actions.The "boys" who were suppose to be responsible men murdered that student just as if they had the pistol of the first murderer.There is no difference.

Had they not been there and done those actions,That student would go on to become a useful part of the world. 

Fraternities type situations don't need to have such Membership nonsense. Universities need to assign the student to the places Student and institutions are link with. I really don't see any real reason to even have Fraternities.Either you are living there or your not.The excuse to be a Member is no permission of abusive behavior

There are too  many such things that are allowed to happen in peoples lives that should never happen.

To try to fight a mob legally is practically useless when it comes to defending one self.Its no different in school as a student.The student becomes the victim because it isn't happening to the other students. SO No ONE gets involved to avoid the mobs attentions.Thus the person becomes like those we read about when it seems hopeless .That's peer pressure by a mob.The frat bros.are that same cause and effect that's not acted on by another force.Institutions that fail to regulate the actions in a situation they know is not right.Like those Frat bothers and the kids at the school-bus stop.

The flip side of this, is some people enjoy picking on and singling out individuals.

They join the mob.It make them feel empowered.It makes them feel powerful for their inadequacies.

Jefferies couldn't grow sideburns for lack of?maybe male hormones. He had been embarrassed by this little boy who cut his finger on a camping trip.He was supposed to show me how to make a fire but sat in a corner that night..The other little boys had to help me put a band aide on my cut.Jefferies sat by himself and refused to help.He held that in his heart for the next 6years.I never got my merit badge though we had a nice warm fire that night.

Those Boys that helped me always remembered my incident. Those who were there at that students death, will remember the events leading up to it.If they were too drunk to remember then, whats the next thing they will be too drunk to remember?Vehicular homicide?is there any difference At Penn State University?Death the results of drunkenness, is still Criminally Negligent Homicide anywhere in the USA.I guess the exception would be a mob with the judgement of a judge clouded judgement.

WAS the judge a frat brother?What would be the cause of this judicial blindness?

The system as it always has, protects the mob on their word against the victim.When the victim is dead the mobs story can become law.Ask any lynch-mob what happened. The judge at Penn state just did.

Ask any rape victim after a court trial about the mob inside who listens so intently.Would the court room people have gotten help or would they have just watched?

The law is something WE THE PEOPLE hold as our tool to keep us under a system that is supposed to be one equal for all people.Human nature is not any different in many cases than the zebre getting killed by the lions.The other animals just run away and watch.We are supposed to be above that.We often fail so terribly. There are so many times when the law is bent and corrupted to the will of a few against the one.The law is supposed to punish those who would do another harm.

Where humans are involved there's no way to make it perfect.We are an imperfect species at best.Those who have been know to walk on water are short lived among the imperfect majority.

When the time does come to make thing equal and right we often fail miserably.

Your honor I do not rest my case...

Your Internet Experience is About to change Forever If Our Politicians Have Their Way,Read On And Decide For Yourself

A very important vote is taking place In the United States,It will effect anyone using the Internet.The changes will be crossed the board and will cost you tons of  hard earned cash. The cost will be to do the things online that have always  been free.Your freedom to use the net will be regulated in ways we of the net Nation have resisted since 1984 or before.
This is the National Internet Tax or the marketplace fairness act.

It will stifle small online business and make entrepreneurs tax collectors.It will also make Internet business more susceptible to IRS laws.The regulations that will be placed on the net will forever inflate the regulations already being used by some countries and proposed by USA Senators.This will be a permanent end to a free and independent Internet for even grandma communicating with family,from the home.

There is a petition on the Campaign For Liberty Or C4L.com that is desperately fighting a battle for the bill to get shot down before it grows to big to kill.

If you actually believe that there is no support for this,then perhaps you might be interested in a couple of the companies pushing influence to pass it without anyone knowing till it is too late.Those companies may be familiar to an Internet user or a computer geek like myself. I wear that label with pride.

A few of those companies are Best Buy(Shame On YOU,I bought the laptop writing this there!!!)Walmart,and a host of other mega business of that calibre.WE THE PEOPLE must resist the new bill by voicing a loud and clear protest.This will throttle the Internet to function like Internet in other countries....Do we really want the laws of other countries????

I f You Own Any Arrow HeadsThat You Dug Up As A Kid Or Found Anything Ancient Growing up,You May Be Raided By FBI Soon

After all the things we took for granted while growing up in this USA,we enjoyed things ancient and mysterious to us.I remember looking for arrowheads and fossils to Have as keepsakes .Many times the finds would be taken into school as a item to be shared with the teacher and other children.
Old coins,Fossils of long dead things turned to stone.These were not valuable to anyone short of the possesor.The finds took time and were called finders keepers by we children.I know folks that still had many tiny proofs of thier childhoods momentos to show off to anyone interested.

Can you imagine staring out as a child collector and growing your collection as you traveled as an adult.I would imagine as an adult you would find sharing with others a thrill to see their faces when looking at your precious collection that represent a lifetime of collecting.

Think of all that,which you could find that those sharing would never have been able to see throughout their own lifetimes.It would to my own experience be a stunning opportunity to many grow in my knowledge of this worlds history.But perhaps that is just me and my intense search for knowledge I have yet to learn..

Now with the above in mind flash ahead in this collectors life of collecting and sharing this collection with others in a small 6000 population town in Illinois for the next 8 decades.You have taken people on tours of your collection when asked explaining all you have learned about your precious collection of your life.You do not have any dope to sell.You are not asking for people to bring you stolen goods to sell on the black market.You don't even compete with museums and Galleries that have in centuries past pilfered ancient cites and justified the documented pillaging.You just bought things that were of interest to you during a long lifetime to share with others for enjoyment.No one was murdered,addicted with killer drugs,no one was injured.It was just for entertainment of a small town in Indiana.

The FBI Raided this 91year old mans home and grabbed his entire collection of artifacts that were the result of his life's travels.There is not laws that were suspected of being broken by this man.They are however examining all the artifacts to see if they can hang a charge of transporting illegal artifacts into the USA.Those snatched collections also include everything the old man had.It is all to be cataloged and inventoried for possible charges on this poor old man.

I wonder when the law started Saying that anyone suspected of doing something is raided and then probed till a criminal act is found.I wonder when the law was changed and perverted to read that you are not presumed Innocent til proven guilty.I wonder further when the FBI would wait til this man was 91years old to confiscate his worldly goods.The "Artifacts" that were grabbed have been on display
by this man for many years.They only needed to ask and I bet he would gladly have given them a tour.

Now he has lost his lifetime collection that had meaning to a man in the very elder years of life.
The Government has once more Caught a suspected and not so dangerous criminal mastermind in the act of......growing old with his beloved collection of old stuff.What a wonderful late life memory this will leave this old man and the small Illinois town where he share the wonders of his harmless collection of old stuff.

You may wonder what will become of his treasures.Well  another law made about 1989 0r so told other governments that unless the collectors were "Authorized Individuals"(legitimized Raiders,Those backed by political money)"Then it is to  be considered as contraband. The old mans collection will be inventoried and sent back to the proper country of origin.

That in mind,When do we start emptying the worlds Museums and returning those artifacts to the  country of origin? I think it is the only fair thing to do in this case.We would not want A deal like the fellow who found a Male statue on the oceans beach which was really ancient.Upon trying to claim salvage right,THAT government also hijacked the priceless statue lost for centuries..That  was not the USA.....but it does sound terribly familiar in the comparison,doesn't it?

So if little Johnnie or Little Salli  Sue has a collection of fossils or Arrowheads stashed up there in the bedroom,find a different type of collection immediately.Perhaps a more productive collection of pot seeds would be an interesting collection.They will soon be legal in in many states and are suddenly less likely to have the FBI and others kicking in the door.But whatever you do,get rid of those illegal arrowheads,Snake skins and any souvenirs that the kids bought overseas or in a border country as a keepsake.They may be importing an Artifact much convented by law enforcement.
 Since when do WE THE PEOPLE have to explain ourselves to "other countries museums???

Where is the explanation to our own Native Americans with many of their ancestors remains stuffed into drawers in the archives of established museums.When will the law enforcement return those "artifacts"to the sovereign countries of origin.Hune ta Hay ya....!Spelling may be wrong,Thought is not.

The world is changing in minutes and seconds,in heartbeats,Don't be left behind.
Please note: I do believe in searching for the past as long as it is for ALL those who wish to explore the past.It just cuts me deep when ANY government exerts it muscle to hammer on a person who has not done anything but stumbled on a good thing that makes their life happier.It just is not right.

The writer,hunter,broadcaster Dick Metcalf of sports shows and Guns and Ammo magazine was dumped for his view of The Constitutions  2nd Amendment by
 his employers.Forget his first ammendment right.

A 12year old kid saws off a 20gauge shotgun,takes it to school and injures and kills other children.The media imediatly blames every other gun owner in the country for this kids family not paying any attention to his daily activities.So where was that gun kept and when did this kid do his remanufacturing of the barrel.
This kid was adult enough to commit premeditated homicide along with illegally  modifying  firearm...for the use in a crime.
All the laws in the world Will not prevent a murderer from hi/her nefarious deed.
This same state of mind was  responsible for the first murder....No gun involved there so it is written..

The court made a ruling to end (inter)net neutrality.The exact and dramatic changes are to be vital to Internet choices.There are articles on Bloombergs website for the details of the Internet changes.

The Safe act.regarding New York State and other states Have many more laws coming to make ordinary folks into felons.The various Police agencies have filed as friends of the court,but are not in agreement with the law.Still the incrimination's are coming.

Meanwhile Pot is OK now in the eyes of the lawmakers.HMMM!Will those in prison for prior possession be freed and compensated for loss of freedom and violation of a constitutional right.Pursuit of happiness might be invoked.What happened to the so called war on drugs that we spent billions on?Can little Johnie visit his 60's generation pot convicted dad in the penitentiary.and share a refreshing weed,legally now.

A Congressman in Hawaii wonders the street with a sledgehammer assaulting those he deems homeless and attacks them.The media states that no one has defended themselves or filed a complaint.It is only because those assaulted would be held for assault on a federal official.The lawmakers are committing a vicious attack.Who do you call when the law is committing the crime?

The court rulings allowing Territorial monopolies for Time Warner Cable,Verizon,com cast to be the only systems in protected areas will force you to have no choice of carriers in your area.The further as I have understood it is that the slowing down,peeping into and doing pretty much what they please will no longer be protected by rules.You need to read about this if you have not.

You are no doubt asking what this all has to do with each other.We are slowly losing the ground that our forefathers gained with their efforts and foresight.Each time something like this happens we are pushed farther from our task of prevailing over those who believe they can dictate laws. Impromptu creations of contorted rules made by people in power.People who know there is no one minding the freedom store as in the past.A very good example is our countries leader who has made announcements that the Senate and Congress are no longer needed due to his much wiser abilities to decide for the entire 250millions USA citizens.WE THE CHILDREN OF A LESSER GOD???

The Health insurance that many of us had was not perfect by far.The insurance was at least there for us.Mine notified me that it was no longer available.They were pulling out of the system.I was notified 2days before it did.The  mail took 3days to reach me.A Old lady was standing in front of me at the prescription counter.I was next in line to receive my script.The poor lady was easily in her 80's and was asking how she was to get her life saving meds.The pharmacist look at her and could only tell her to go to the office for the aging.
The elderly lady could not pay for her scripts and left the counter nearly in tears.I felt helpless and angry that such things can be orchestrated by our government.The same meds would by given to those overseas for pennies on the dollar.Are we any less a loss?.

Our country needs to bring changes alright.We need to sort out all those who are in ANY position of abusive power and impeach,fire or remove by legal force those destroying our Constitution.We must get off our dormant backsides to fire up a move to make changes that safeguard our right,punish those who abuse those privilege's and make equal the laws for everyone.Not a proverbial  Witch hunt,A collaborated effort based on the same performance as anyone else on the job would have.You don't measure up and we find a better choice.

It is about time that there are changes due,But those changes are supposed to come from the Democratic Process.All people should be included into that process.Freedom of speech,Right to protect...Those rights might be of interest to you.They directly effect your every waking moment of your day.Try going all day watching what you say,bending no rules,and staying in the confines that would exist without those rights..Then reflect on how people have lived that come from oppressive societies that now seek freedom to be free.

We are on a run away railroad track headed into a dark tunnel with no one looking ahead to know if the track in still out ahead...These unfocused sidetracks are radical changes in an otherwise pretty solid way to run a country.

The trashing of the writer,Trashing of the Constitutional rules,Judges overriding safeties that protect individuals from corporations.Constitutional rights over ridden by a few individuals in legal positions.It is just a couple tiny hammers chipping away at the Lady Justices Ankles.

Even that which is said to be written in stone is able to be brought low in time if not protected...
There must be a force to protect that justice or it will inevitably fall into the dust as have the other great societies of history.WE THE PEOPLE are the force that has the responsibility to keep those rights and equalities in balance so everyone has the opportunity to be enpowered.

Ours has been  to become the greatest society in the history of the world.We have inadvertently effected more Humans and their way of life than any other in the history of the world.We are far from perfect and have many human errors to answer for.I would hope that there is more good deeds than dark deeds.
There is still time to work together and build on those better deeds...We can't just let it be trashed.
Get involved with those better changes in any Productive way you can.Your voice is so important.Everyone is important in this
Move to build a better country and a better world for all of us.No matter  of your non destructive beliefs or lifestyles.We have one world and all of our countries are based here on this pebble in space.

 Will you join the fight to preserve our great country and extend a hand to those who are struggling everywhere to join in the cause of freedom.

Alex Jones and other predictors of things to come may have hit this one right on when they predicted the future of our Rights and social changes yet to come.You need to listen to lots of ideas to develop a center ground on which to stand...

Santa Ana California has begun to jail and imprison folks that are already burdened with the inept management of their states work and welfare system.The decision to place those who cant pay for fines and other overblown costs dumped on them from the system bleeding them dry,while not providing adequate  leadership with ways of providing income opportunities.

Meanwhile in Florida a lady who owed nothing and was completely of the grid and independent of
power companies.She had all her taxes paid and owned the land .Local media offered to have her explain how to accomplish being out of debt,happy and with all the comforts of home.All that wihout overwhelming expenses.She had done this for 20Peaceful years.The next day a bonehead from the local Zone office simply slapped a condemned sign on her house .No investigation,no interviews,no
tour of the inside of the lovely home with self power ETC.

Around the Chicago area The authorities are forcing the instalation of new computerized   Electric meters.Anyone that tries to prevent the installation on THEIR HOMES is arrested and the meter is installed while they are in jail being charged and fined..The meters keep track of all you do using the electric.Computers and what you use them for.When you open a fridge door and how long.How long your lights are on.Remember the security system is also computerized and it is fair game to tap your cameras and sound inputs.SURPRISE!Big Brother now can monitor your every move.YOUR EVERY MOVE.....

The various groups that study what is legal and others studying Constitutionality look into the situation for justice.That may take awhile to have any effect.Look how long anyone took to punch enough holes in the fabric of cloak and subterfuge [IE:spying].Trying  to make critical changes in our intelligence agencies made some fleaing fugitives.

It took only 3 righteous men to crack a very unethical system wish still seems above the laws of our country.Will 7 more step forward and be found to save our countries Constitutional rights.(GOOGLE the story of Lot and wife ]

What we need today is true transparency in OUR government.That would also include the justice system.Trust is needed to prevent the conspiracy stories and to be on level playing fields for everyone.

Just awhile ago the justice system let a "poor little misguided rich kid"off after robbing a store,Getting stupid drunk and then stealing a car for a joyride that killed numerous human beings that were children of a lessor god.They were of no real use to the elite  "Judge?"[betcha wish he was your pal].Video games are becoming reality..Kill and destroy,crash and have the judge just reset it all.victims be damned.That one didn't count.

This however is only a small thing in comparison with folks blatantly daring to owe money they can't pay.What value does just serf level people have to the money they owe?Lives do not mean anything to those who have the power and money to use the serfs as workers bees.Workers bees make more,so just support the hive mentality. Expendable assets that mean nothing to the Queen bees.So why put any value on them?their job is to live and die producing for the hive.Honey/money is the only thing important to the hive and to the queen bee.Wasn't that a human social experiment called Communism  or was it called Socialism...I get those to mixed up when it comes to oppressive systems for humans?

I am not a strong believer in conspiracies theories.I am a believer in what I can see with proven facts.The conspiracy talkers have for years spoken about The secured holding facilities in the remote areas of the USA.I have seem what appears to be that, down route 27 going south out of Ohio into
Tennessee.I can not vouch for anything visual except for the tops of some very tall trees covering the
scene in all but the towers and fences.

I wonder if this is the first step in a larger scenario for the legal works..California has been  the starter of tremendous amounts of shear quirkiness in ideas concerning our Rights and how the rest of the worlds people should lead Their  lives. According to a few elite  mental midgets in charge.The past few weeks have had this state in the news with articles banning Korean war memorials,and now starting debtors prisons.along with many more past "laws" to Search for.Perhaps there is a law preventing the making of a movie entitled "Escape From Kali-Fawnia or Be Terminated"

I have to wonder  if there will be any free state in the USA left to escape to when Orwell's nightmare finally develops and plays out.Does fiction always become reality or can it take a positive path for the betterment of all mankind.Lets explore this positive path for a bit.Communicators became cellphones and the Real Robotic prototype terminator is already in existence for you to google and find.

There is a different path to the future if WE THE PEOPLE have the strength to follow it and prevail on our ideas of what kind of world we wish for the future.

WE THE PEOPLE could start by passing laws to make hunger and thirst illegal world wide.
The world has more water than land.We need more water processing plants to make the water safe.
Food has been grown in the parched desert.Babylon was said to be a garden paradise many centuries before any of this modern world was here.There is hydroponics that can grow anything, anywhere.
Food supplies are only as good as the controls from governments allow...Why??It grows anywhere if the conditions are setup to do so...So why do we still see TV ads with starving children?Why?

Outlaw ALL hate groups for any reason.This world would become big enough for all people with the following:bullies need to be dealt with and isolated to protect others at any age or status.Note my blog and others regarding the Hawaiian politician that attacks homeless and undermine individuals with a sledgehammer and is scot free of assault charges.Blind eyed Good Ole boys there seeing nothing wrong there..Paradise?[NOT].

Next WE could make all people Equal under the same rules and laws world wide.What a novel Idea!

Next WE would stop sending folks all over the world supporting the War machines bloody thirst.
That Monster  would die from lack of fear,cruelty,suffering and bloody violence.

Next WE would put together a world wide councils of ordinary folks[people who would not be allowed lobbyist type input] to promote ways to monitor,grow and developed countries and resources.Without the corruption many countries leaders are doing today.Billions of dollars sinking into blackholes that make tyrants rich while their fellow humans die of hungry,disease,and thirst for the better life that should be the dreams for them and family.

Based on the performance of their past.ALL Leaders would be held responsible for the  quality of the
lives's for their countrymen.shortened Terms of office would be governed worldwide and elections would never again be based on political war chests of special interest groups.Government would be run by the people through direct elections.this is now a possibility.True democracy is possible aslong as the machine has no influence by humans.at least a machine would no base a leader on liking them.
like any school kid,performance promotes grade...works for kids and are the politicians any different.
Lets start grading the politicians and law makers to get the best possible government for everyones future.

The oceans would be farmed to protect,preserve and develop the vast treasure and resources we waste on a daily basis.We have barely explored the Aqua space that is much closer than outer space.
Aqua space uses the same basic equipment and has vast resources we can now survive in with that equipment.The agreed on ocean farming and exploration would end the continuing aggression by countries bickering for sea rights.and fighting over territory like mad dogs..

Lastly,WE THE PEOPLE need to re access our legal systems to make all people equal and make the above things power the world economy.There is no logical reason in this world to have people starving anywhere.There is no reason to have people incarcerated that are not a danger to others in some manner.Political prisoners,Social prisoners,or financial prisoners ETC.Should become a thing of the past.Most  non threat prisoners  are simply folks like those who were resettled as prisoners in places like Australia centuries ago.They think differently and need their own space to develop as they wish without being a danger to others.This system would provide worlds and places for us all.This time on a volunteer basis without slavery.Debtors Prison is slavery...IE:after the fall of the south per carpet baggers...

There needs to be a system that is not run by any world political system or shadow power, to intervene on behalf of those who can not(not those who will not) defend themselves from  aggressors.WE THE PEOPLE need to find safeguards for the population of the world that truly usurps the efforts of the would be Conquerors of this worlds free people before they gain control .Possibly with dangerous powers to destroy and threaten others..Little men with mega Egos and small minds

This world can become the paradise you dream about if just a few  people can dare to step out and begin to build the foundation of a better world without the closed doors of  politics and the seven deadly sins that seem to cloud the human mind and darken the human spirit.Not to mention our better judgements getting back to that again.

Our world needs to find a way to make the legalities of politics more in line with the populations voice and immune to special interests that run over popular ideas at elections.We have not been able to trust our voted people for quite some time to keep us out of hot water..There has got to be a better way for that..

Imagine a world where your mandatory expenses are minimized to the max and no one is bullied or
undermined in life.A world where your philosophies are openly discussed with folks of a different path without anyone trying to kill you because he/she is a personal disciple of God and has tea every morning to discuss who lives and dies today.

Right wing/Left wing should be on a chicken somewhere and
hopefully would fade away from disuse.just as the chickens ability to fly did.The arguing parties need fade away for  our country to build parties that use compromise to share their ideas and converge our
people into the future..Or we wont have any future.

Is Rocketmail.Com Apparently Supporting Death Threats

I sat at my Keyboard a few days ago inside an Internet cafe where I often go to Have a decent cup of coffee and write my various articles for those publishers I am connected to.I had a relative of mine sitting at another table raise their head with a look that would be reserved for a ghost sighting.

I  thought at first that person who has health issues would need an ambulance.I asked ,"are you okay"?they paused and starred in horror as they spoke these words.There is someone who is going to kill me..What did I do?

The E-mails  sent out on the internet by these punks on killer agents36 @ rocketmail.com ,claim to be assasins that are hired by a close friend and have taped the whole contract killing deal.The site says that its "men" are watching and that if the author can talk to the victim they can make a deal so the contract killing will not happen.Otherwise in really crappy broken English the job will be carried out as contracted.

My relative is already in poor health and took some time to recover the shocking event that should never take place.

 The parasite that authored this scam will regret the day they conceved it....I fight hard for freedom...so should you before its on your doorstep.step up and become part of the fight or lay down and say thankyou sir may I have some more sir??

How many people are going to read this and be struck down by the idea of being killed by a gutless crudball  that apparently is freely running such a site on a domain without restrictions of law..?

Apparently sending such mail to people through Rocketmail is monitored by neither law officers,Homeland security or anyone else that gropes our women and children,monitors the average citizen,denies our Constitutional Rights.I believe that it is still against the law and maybe a felony to threaten another human with
death if they dont pay compensation to avoid their murder....Or did someone feel it was  persons that was not that well connected???just a common citizen with no criminal background that lived a clean quiet life.

I called the local police on the famous 911 line.2hours later a local city cop wandered in and acted like we had disturbed his busy 2AM nap in our tiny 6cop car town.I showed him the E-mail and he said he had no experience with that kind of thing and stated we lived just outside his jurisdiction.He sent us to the local sheriffs office.

The sheriff was maybe 24years old and very interested.He read our printout of the note and
we joked about how bad the English was and that the stupid jerk that authored the note was something of a baffoon in the clumsy wording.He said it was a new possible scam to get money,He hoped.He kept the printout to present to his superiors..We left to pursue the answers to this sleazeballs site..

I have written to the authorities and to the forwarding address that has turned it over to what/whoever is in the circles that monitor idiots with such fantasies.Please note that if anyone you know dies from a threat made that causes a fatal heart attack etc,It is for you to pursue this as rocketmail has already said they have no responsiilities in this matter...This is the kind of thing that will deny you and I the freedom to use the internet for our legal use of the internet for our pursuits and communication.It is the finger on the trigger that will be a cause to shut us down and be the excuse to monitor our lives even more than it is now.We are all going to be victims by this kind of thing.

When WE THE PEOPLE fail to control the predators then we condone their actions.That makes us no better than them.

I personally would like to see this or these individuals prosecuted to the full extent of the law on general principles.They are parasites of the people not able to protect themselves.I have written of this many times.We are our brothers and sisters keeper.

You can stop this by writing the rocketmail people and demanding they prosecute those involved or have the matter investigated for the Homeland terrorists this website is...

OR,....You can sit in your little hideaway and wait till your loved one is sent a little E-mail and suffers a heart attack or in fear ends up paying these rocketmail extortionists their life savings..
