Once in a while I like to publish some of my personal writings when I sit alone by a quiet stream of water.
I was reading an article some time ago,by an author that I don't remember.It was about computers making images from dots and empty spaces.Sorta off and on switching of pulses.It was very good reading.

I also have read about the atomic structure of  matter.Atomic particles make up molecules in combinations according to electrons and protrons, charges.Matter combines to make all the things we know as solid reality.

It is all pretty cut and dried to this point,But let us stretch it out a little to another realm of thought.I have heard over the years a popular phrase.It is this:"Reality,what a concept!"The above explanation is a fore runner to a thought I investigated at that quiet flowing stream.

 Compare the image on the computer screen as a one dimensional creation of moving dots to create the images we see.Now also compare the moving "dots" of energy that make up all that we Know about matter.
The dots of energy in either case are reality as they can be to it's source.The computer dots are our creation.
The Atomic"dots" of our bodies are a reality to us.

I saw the Matrix Movie's many times when they were popular.A profound view of a fictitious world of machines vs mankind.What if ,all that we know is a creation of a Mega Super God Computer that has made our lives the reality concept we take for granted.

What if ,our lives and all our experiences were simply(from the Creators point of view) a few taps of the Ethereal Keyboard.A few simple program tweaks to allow personal choice.a few more to support the kernal
program.then a little enhancing to upgrade every so often.Just to keep it in synch with the times(if time is not only our reality)Our super computer would no doubt look like cave marks to mark the days in comparison to the MSGC(Mega Super God Computer)

Let us drift a bit further on this thought.If  the dots we create form  computer programs for 1 dimensional  realities.the atomic "dots" form matter which makes up our 3dimensional world.Created in steps by another level of existence programming from the 6th or 7th dimension, that is in the 4th or 5th dimension and so on.....

I  think this clearly could answer the question of are we alone.I think the answer may be in the program :)


I had to get away from politics for a bit.My normal life is far removed from politics.I invite you,my friends to join me in forming groups with the goals of the Equal rights organization,Amnesty International,Human Rights People.Homeless support groups,Elderly support groups,the unemployed,people prosecuted without due process.There is where my Niche is.Politicians(good Ones)Rarly have to worry about their rights being violated,Going hungry,Watching their loved ones raped and murdered.They rarly need to worry about a loved one dying from a disease that is killing a them due to red tape.Many are in a world that is far removed from even the most known of our world.The world of the common working person.

We The People are the force of the world my friends.But we sit idle and except the judgements of those who do nothing but increase their own life.I have always marveled at how few can control so many,even when what is going on is so wrong.Then I recall the women who was beaten,robbed and the stabbed to death on a busy street many years ago.Passers by just kept walking.The newspapers read that she screamed and begged for help with no help offered.The attacker then proceeded to stab the women repeated to cause her death.No one stopped to help,no one called police,no one  identified the the heartless animal that killed her.
 No one to my knowledge has ever published the crime as solved.I read this as many other articles in a newspaper.I never knew the people involved.I have never forgotten it.don't be like the passers by.Your voice is so very important to this world.Your mind may carry the key to solutions.The smallest idea can grow into and develop into other more important ideas.

Get involved with people and see how your own world can change over night.History remembers the worst villians for a short time by everyone and the beautiful minds are remembered forever by those they effectively change the lives for the better.Those who float as shadows through life,are never even known to exist...

get involved,change your life,open your heart to those in need.People that may never even know you.But you will know that you were there.


Keep the Faith my friends,Your bad day you may have had today,is the reference you have in the morning to make it a better day tomorrow.

This is the final countdown to the worlds most important election at least to it's citizens and allies view.The world is at a point in time that any small change in politics here,can effect every civilized person in the world.

It sorta makes you wish you were the lost village that is unaware of the modern world.It is really to bad the tribes just being discovered in the deep jungles of the Amazon can't just stay lost for their own benefit.They will be exposed the all of man-kinds  little inequities that can be dumped on them.The little things like disease,
money,social counselors and their programs,etc.Surprisingly,there is politics among the tribes.

It is an instinct that is in all creatures that run in units.Whether called Packs,Flocks'political parties, or what ever name is bestowed on the group.Humans are no different in many respects.They don't want the responsibility of self governing themselves.That event is said to have occurred in the twilight of man-kinds beginnings.Philosophical writings verify this.

They (Alpha leaders) takes challenges from the rest of the wannabe leaders who would lead that group.There is challenges of strength,intelligence,cunning,resourcefulness, etc.Humans think that the verbal challenges are unique to it's species.That is till you hear a wolf howl in concert with it's competitor or prairie chickens thump their wings like drummers.Till the sound of an elk bellowing it's challenge is heard.The truth is enlightening...
Humans politics to lead is really just part of the world of leaders,Those who can lead the pack into the future for the overall benefit of  the packs/civilizations benefit.

The wolf will do what it's instincts direct for the best survival of the group.The prior challenges will allow the
Group or tribe to follow and work as a unit for the good of all the rest of the group.The world of man will follow the leader of the USA.Strays will break from   the group and try it on their own.Some will rejoin,others will form elsewhere.It is all the same in human or animal "tribes".The group with the most adaptive mind is the tribe that survives.There have been untold of failures thru history both human an animal groups.Civilizations are made or fall as a union of individuals.One person can do what many can not do in many cases,it takes a qualified innovative leader to lead and cooperating others to be successful in anything.
Elections and Countries are no different than the rest of group survival.

This Election will be the make or break point for the next Quarter Century.We can elect a President That can lead us out of this slump created during the final years of the last century,Or try a few unproven experiments of running a Nation like a Corporation.My experiences with corporations ask me , if we could FIRE every Citizen and sell out the USA corporation to another country at a profit.My experience with corporations have been that only a few should prosper above the working Pions that support the elite.I would never allow this in my Counrtry where freedom is the Key Idea of  it's foundation.We have already slid to far into  the
"secured beyond common sense syndrome".That problem may even be greater than the next elected official.

In a very few days the election for the President of the United States Of America will take Place.WE THE PEOPLE will venture out into the light of day to vote.We will carry all the hope and best wishes for our future.Those are and were the same hopes of our forefathers that fought so hard for this free opportunity to
vote our choice of leaders.To vote our choice of life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness.We don't get stoned to death,beaten or executed for our choices.Hopefully there won't be thugs in black outside any voting booth this year as some areas past.(yes that did happen in the USA.Check the news archives).

I will not in this blog try to persuade anyone to vote in any direction.My choice is pretty well known by now.
It is needless to say that each of us has things in our individual lives to support.Each of us must vote in the direction that supports our dreams,expectations and lifestyles.

Elderly will vote to not be starved out,Gays will vote to live and love as they wish,The working class will vote to hold on with their fingertips till life gets back to something normal.The Unemployed (as I) will vote to Hang on for this roller-coaster ride called life puts us back in a home,a job,a life that is far from the Bohemian Gypsy lifestyle that has been thrust upon us.WE WILL SURVIVE!!!    Elections will not be a magic bullet of  instantanious success ,no matter  who is elected.If the tribe follows the leader,we will survive the cold winter of our discontent...WE WILL SURVIVE!!

Obama wins again,It is no surprise,He is A Winner

Well this last 9 days has been a very interesting experience for me.I have been in contact with people that carry far more fame than I will ever have.Far more money than this currently unemployed man has.I have been deluged with campaign wanna-be's asking for donations that I don't have to give.Each campaign worker seems to have the delusions that They can get more donations from the same people that the other campaigners are bugging for change.I feel like a person going thru a Hollywood movie with every other person panhandling for a hand out.I help by blogging .That is my donation,Period.People like me are the drummerboy at christmas giving as much as we can with what we have.We are the old lady at the temple that gave pennies and got heckled for being cheap til it was pointed out that is all we have.

Mr.Obama will win this election.It is written in the Akasha records of time.It is something that must happen for the things ahead to take place.We will see a time of war and a time of peace ahead.If this seems mystical then I guess I might have you join together and sing kuhmbya.Roast marshmellows and sit in a circle under the stars,while holding hands.

Unfortunately,It is just the way the world has been since mankind could pick up a rock and throw at his fellow man to cause hurt and suffering.It's not a crystal ball or voices from the magic haunted woods.
we chose the best man for all of our benefits and hope that they can find their way into the fog of time we call history.It's not rocket science or magic.Just a cycle of social spasms we call civilization.Civilization is such an oxymoron term.Even our elections have to be demonizing the other guy.anything goes to prove we are superior.It trickles downs to every member of the political mudfight.Everyone trying to out do the other.even the donation collectors try to panhandle from the other campaign workers.It's like vultures fighting over a rotting carcass.

If I seem a little off key on additude,I will explain.Last week I had my laptops linked to do some updating as a net.When I tried to use them,Both had been virused and crashed.I am a distance from libraries and such.I took a few days to gather junked home computers and parts out a working whole Dell,Hp,Sony/Litewriter/Etc.mongrel of a unit.It works faster than my new laptops when they work.It had a hardrive that was locked out from whoever had it last as administrator,I have spent a number of days hacking a dead desktop to free it from administrator bondage.This is my first attempt to catch up on my blogs in maybe 9days.I have not used windows XP in years but this unit has it and I will endure.I actually have been turned down so many times for employment that I could attend a Halloween costume party as a bed sheet.I wouldn't even need a costume.

I hope to have my blogs back on line soon.

If my friend from the Russia is reading this Please note that I did try to return your leter and it wouldn't go through to you.Thanks for the picture.I made it my desktop background.I will try to respond to all the people writing to me.I got way behind when life crashed last week.I will as I can.

The puch line to all this is the E-mail I returned to9 impotrtant mail and 147 yutzes that wanted momey to fund campaigns.The Prez and Ms.I like mail from.makes me feel like I really might be a hope to climb out of the grave with the ends kicked out I have fell into.It is called a rut.

I will in time excell.gather my army of the disenfranchised and build the city called Shangrala.out in the desert.
The only rules are the following.No Lawyers,no troublemakers,no bullies,no laws saying I can't be denied eating ,drinking,smoking,farting while staying 25feet from anyone,There';s no helmet laws,seat-belt laws,insurance is from everyone's pocket,taxes don't exist,pedifiles are sent to live with those defending them.and politicians lose points every time they cause rudeness to accure.

Yup,that is my city of Shangrala in the desert.Move in and we all pitch in to build your house.Just the way we are.

It is a beautiful dream.Keep it in m,ind while the political babeling is in your face for the next few weeks.

Last, Nite, For, Big, Money ,Drives, For, The, Democratic, Party,

I am basically a person that has always carried viewpoints and ideas more Libertarian than either of the other parties.My grandfather was a hardcore Republican.The repairs on his from sidewalk was never repaired because it would raise his taxes.My parents were Democrats with the last year they voted being for Jimmy Carter.I grew up hearing both sides of the story.It was decided long before my siblings that no politics would be discussed inside the family.Much more peaceful that way!

Th reason that I am leaning to the Democratic side is very simple logic.the third party in the U.S. is never given the same chance to run for any office that mainstream parties are.The third parties have all the chance of surviving to become president as a snowballs chance in Hell.They don't have the connections ,or the support or Huge war chests to compete. Philosophically,They have excellent ideas of freedom for everyone,smaller government,less taxes and a balance budget.The Ideas of the past centuries held.They simply are frozen out of every election process.It is not a fair and equal election
process as that goes.The media is much to blame for following the big money like  paparazzi buzzards looking for a meal ticket.

I joined forces with the Democrats only because it was the better choice of freedoms.Anyone that fights for the right to our constitutional rights can battle on to keep those elected people in line.
No matter who wins  the race for President,we must still be vigilante to preserve our basic rights and freedoms.Freedom is like a garden,if you neglect tending it and yanking out the weeds,The weeds take over.Even a useful plant can go rogue and get out of control.we need to be very good gardeners after this election....The future of our freedom crop is at stake.

The Propaganda of all parties sorta gets into the habit of stretching the trues and bending the facts to fit their perspectives of our lives.They don't live our lives.Most of those politicians have never lived as some of us are doing presently.They will never have to.No matter how common and close they appear to be.There is a second reason for my choice...

I have always been of the belief that anyone can make a mistake.Big mistakes,little mistakes.The person that is caught in a humungous lie and still sticks to his/her story is  not anyone that I would trust.When there is two or more of this type people joining forces with the same dishonest situation,
I refuse to be their rube.(Pigeon!).

I grew up with 5 sisters and few other kids in the neighborhood.I watched as I had the same jobs as they did.I saw that their paychecks were always a little smaller,The insurances were always a little higher than mine.I watched as I could more easily get jobs.I heard of girls in that small town had been assaulted on a "date".They found themselves pregnant at an early age.It was all their fault.It was the good ole 1960's and 1970s.Guns were sold over the counter to people we knew in town.We had strong opinions of how we needed to be free.If we wish to live as "we wish",believe as we wish,love as we wish,die as we wish,read as we wish.To live and experience life as our needs  demand,Then we need to monitor and get involved  with who is  in the White House next year.

If you don't have money,knock on doors,make a few calls.Shoot a message to your net friends.ask them to pass it forward as a favor to you.It will be like a pebbles ripples in a pond.Your message traveling ever out ward. Next year We all need to keep an open mind and eye to what is going on in our Nation for rulings and laws that are not what the Constitution has promised to ALL people and not just a few elite billionaires and special interest groups.that feel no need to share our struggles.

This is Your Election.It will determine the future as no other in history of the U.S.A.Vote for your  Freedom and then atch those in office closely.The influences of the capital are most seductive to those isolated from realities.There is huge pressures that assault the President and his people from a thousand directions,every minute of every day.I wouldn't want the stress and health problems of the job.

The final word is to vote or at least push to support your values if they mean nything to you at all.

There is 3hours+- of time to send in ad donation for the defeat of Missouri's politician who was never told of rapes involving unwanted pregnancies.This last minute push will knock many other such republican types out of future office.Our sisters,mothers,girlfriends,and ladies in our lives will be victims if they are elected.Prevention is worth many sad hearted apologies.

The Russian government that uses our Space technology and other American systems in combination with theirs,Kicked us out!The USAID organization that helps promote Democracy in that country was forced to close it's doors and leave Russia.

The new law that has began effecting foreign organizations threatened  to be labeled
as "agents".They must register with Russian Offices to remain,while living as registered Agents,which translates into spys...The law is to  eliminate any chance of democracy as we in the United States from even being spoken about.The recent arrests and imprisonment of a rock group is just the arrest we have heard of.The internet has also been shutdown or filtered to limit the type of
web information going into the new Iron Curtain that President Putkin is building.Former President Reagan is turning over in his grave at the rebuilding of that wall.RIP,Sir.

Many countries are changing the mantel of freedom.The Internet freedom is falling all over the world
It seems that world leaders are realizing the power that is created between people when they bypass
dogma,doctrines,secrecy,and isolation by geography and politics.We find that when we think for ourselves,we are not so far different.Knowledge is power....

The most powerful tool the world has at this moment in time is the INTERNET and the tools to speak with each other.There has never been a time in history when so much is at our fingertips.There has never been a time in the history of the world when "We the People" of the world could see papaganda for what it really is.Smoke and mirrors.We can also tell the people who speak truth by reading the various articles that are available to us.

Those leaders that control the daily news' are terrified of the local Blog story(so far anyway).The net's not easily influenced by a politically convenient  lie.That leader or politician with almighty dreams of being a leader is found out.That kind of exposure is why they"politicians"wish to silence those of us on the net.We talk and figure out what is truth,opinion or just plain BS.The net is a pipeline to the people.It unites those people with people and societies that would never hear anything but what those in power wanted to propagate...Even in countries that are isolating the "ignorant peasants?"The internet serves as the Voice of America did many years ago.I miss listening to that broadcast.The Voice Of America was the First Voice of Freedom before the nets entrance.

We on the Worldwide  Internet must guard well our freedoms on the internet.We are truly the "New World Tribe"The net has even effected who and how we elect the most powerful person in the world.The President Of the United States.Can you imagine the effect on leaders that have oppressed the people of their perspective dictatorships.The past ten years have seen the effects on age old dictatorships that had hammered into submission  their  populations until the net opened formally closed doors of freedom...We must keep the doors of knowledge and freedom open to the world.

The generations after us will have to live in the world we allow to happen.That future world will be a place of free people with the power to live in a open productive society.The opposite is that the children of tomorrow will live hand to mouth.Those people will live under the controls of just a few
elite peoples religious/political organizations.Run by people that only view people as work pawns to hire and fire at will.Those future children will be controlled by the rationing of food,water and freedoms if  the net is lost.

This year is a perfect time to get involved with whats going on in the world.Those in other places may seem very far away.Freedoms we take for granted are slipping away as we comfortably live in this country.A Japanese General upon watching the planes taking off to bomb Pearl Harbor spoke these words,"I fear we have awakened a sleeping dragon"We in the Internet have become that dreaded,Sleeping Dragon......We need awaken before the Dragon Slayers Arrive...!

A few days ago I got on line to discover that Mozilla,My favorite browser had a very nasty surprise
The Google setup that I had carefully setup.The setup that took hours to get just the way I found to be right for me,was crap-canned.Mozilla was totally compromised by Yahoo.It took over all the these that I had setup to run as I wanted.All running according to Yahoo.

I guess Mozilla has gotten so big that the opinions of us/we out here no longer count with our likes or opinions. Well,my opinion is that I am currently seeking a browser that will let me use the settings and addons that "I" wish to use.I have used Mozilla for the many years as I have found the other browsers lacking in addons for bloggers.

Oprah is basic browser the last time I tried it.IE is sorta in between basic and Mozilla.I really Wished that I could find anything like the "Good Ole Mozilla" that used google and ran as I setup.
I am writing this using Mozilla locked in with mostly Google Apps.& programs to Blog with.
I downloaded Google chrome,which doesn't seem to have a way to search via searchbar.Chrome also
has no ability to just look at a list of functions.

My question remains:Is there any Browser that works like the old Mozilla so I don't have to rearrange my writing life for a bowser that has numerous Google functions that can't work anymore.If you have Mozilla,look thru your add-ons.You will see that anything Google still says it functions.I believe They can only function with the Google browser operational.Thus you have Add-ons that won't work and are slowing down your Mozilla Browser.It appears that Yahoo and Mozilla have neutered  the abilities of  Those of us that thought so much of the freedom to Brows our way. Yeah I know these sentences are run-ons This has really steamed my normally  ez going self...

From what I am reading on the net,There is huge amounts of Bloggers and others that have been left
up the creek/crick without the proverbial paddle.  I have Yahoomail,because I started with it  many years ago.It was just ezi-er than changing.Yahoo is just to much in doing it their way.I also have GMail,It is not as simple as Yahoomail to sort thru.Google has issues in the news if You are a bit paranoid .That be a might bother.My info,private or otherwise would no doubt cause anyone monitoring it to fall asleep and  pass into a comma from boredom.( I may have pictures of the last Google monitor that succumbed to monitoring me,Pitiful sight!).

Please Mozilla people! Give us an option to your new internet suicidal change! Give those that don't share the worlds paranoid delusions that they can hide from the net.IT'S EVERYWHERE,YOU CAN't ESCAPE,HEHEHEH!  Sorry I digress...

 I will search for answers till I find another great Browser,should My Mozilla That I will s if I can't
fix the Browser that was suppose to be customizable to us....Mozilla-Dominus,Spiritus,Empatchae.

The Tiny swampy island of the coast of Georgia USA is under attack by the state of Georgia.The people living there have been there since slavery days.There isn't as many people living there as there once was.Mostly folks that simply enjoy there lives as they have always live it.The sea provides for them as it did for their ancestors for the past century orso.

In a move to force the inhabitants out of their homes the Georgia tax department has raised their taxes by over 500%.To say the least the people can pay so inflated a tax rate.It is a very good example of the government not caring about people that live their lives away from the nuttiness of  politics.

These people have lived there on that tiny island after the Georgian government gave them that piece of land to farm on after the Un-Civil war.They were driven off the majority of the island to make room for a wet lands preserve.It was never needed till now.Those critters just seemed to live just fine without an overtaxed piece of swampland.

It just brings up the question of why this island is being chosen to be given to the birds and bees?
Well the answer is really quite simply.The other small island real estates were owned by real estate developers.You know...the big buck,tied into politicians back pocket types.The islanders however are
a great deal like many of us.They don't have off shore accounts and live each day as they can.
Theres no one rallying a million person march to help them save their homes.Preachers are not flying from the big city to rant and rave about their predicament and how awful people are to them.
It always seems to get their face on the front page,doesn't it?I don't think the tiny island has an airstrip for private jets to land on.Theres never been any need.These are simple folks that just want to live and raise their kids away from the madness that we live in.It's that tropical island life that many of us dream about.The Georgian Government has found a target to pick on.You know...Someone who doesn't want or can't defend themselves from the bullies.

Why should a governmental group be allowed to set an example for school kids.Those people should have the support of the Black Caucaus, and any other peoples that help folks in trouble.
I believe that the Island would better serve as a national landmark.It is from a time of this world when
people were treated as work animals for the most oppressive of reasons.It serves as hope.Those people labeled as slaves not only rebuild lives broken under the whip.They became hard working,
productive citizens of a country that should never have enslaved them.

They now face the ancestors of their enslavers taking it all back from them without anyone even caring.The enslaving children still seem to hold the peoples freedom with laws and words. Laws
are what enslaved people in that dreadful time of American History.Laws set by those same peoples
ancestors...Those who do not learn from the mistakes of history are destined to repeat it.
Laws made to dictate the lives of  enslaved Humans in chains.Bought and sold for property.

These people need help from their new enslavers.I would urge readers to write the Georgian Governor with letters to make the island a National Landmark as the last Free "slave" colony.
This would make it safe for these hisorical people to live in peace.When the last occupant leaves or dies.It then would become the National Park of these folks.

They are Creole speaking folks that originated in areas of Nigeria Africa.Their island is called Sapelo and the area they live is called Hog Hammond.They have lived in peace for all these years as American citizens.We can learn so much of the traditions of these folks.Any anthropologist or sociologist  should jump at the idea of a thesis on the culture that has lasted for all these years in this isolated piece of Americana.

President Obama signs Tougher Laws on Slavery in the 21rst Century

President Obama has signed an excutive order to toughen the laws in the U.S,A on slavery.The order would tighten up on unscrupulous corperations,business's and persons that recruit people under falsehoods.The rule would strongly punish those who engage in enslaving their  new workers with promises of decent wage,a bright (or at least useful) future income. I would hope this would include a clause for those gangster corperations that lease Commercial trucks to individuals er false support.

I have written articles before about the practice of running ads for profitable leases in Commercial Articles.The ads tell with great flairs how much the lease drivers have made while leasing to this truck company.There is only about 15% that ever are supported to the leases end.These people are the token ad people.They find themselves being used as pawns to sucker others into the leases.They are making money because they are good money hooks for the future swindles.There are thousands of these lease "deals" each day.

The driver is run somethings with only $100 advances from the next week to live on and pay his bills at home.That driver is left to support his/her family with absolutely nothing to send home.The dispatchers tell him that if he/she just hangs in there that things will get better.The driver leasing the truck will Stay faithful that they will at least get a truck when it's finished.The company leasing that truck will bill the leaser for fuel,repairs,taxes,anything that would bring them (corporate)increased revenue from the lease.Double billing on fuel and repairs are not unheard of.The lease driver is left to go through reams of  settlement paperwork that the corporate accountants can not (or will not) explain.

The dream of a personal ownership of a business,one that you love is a strong motivation to work.
This motivation is what leads to the slavery/indebted servant situation in the Commercial Trucking industry.It destroys marriages.It destroys lives that could be productive.It is onl;y one of the slavery scenario's of the 21rst century.I have the paperwork to prove that this scenario exists.

This practice of deceit by commercial leasing truck companies should be included into this law.There are thousands of former drivers such as myself that are caught up in a dream of self employment,Only to have it manipulated by self serving gangsters who are not monitored by the Justice department.The lobbyist for these companies prevented drivers from unionizing during the famous truckers strike many years ago.The then president said that all participants would be held for treason in time of war..Historical records will show you which party was in the White House...

The cargo hauled by lease drivers bring many thousands of dollars to that company.The lease driver normally has to cover business costs on credit or out of his own pocket.I have in the past been told to sell my house,mortgage what ever I had too.You owe us and we will collect "our Money".They usually start sending collection bills threatening to sue the driver after they terminate the lease for whatever can be placed on the Federal DAC record.This record is the place companies report why a driver was terminated.It is very convenient to say the now out of work,out of business and condemned former lease driver has broken any number of critical rules while driving the truck.

This record is taken for verbatim by all the other truck companies in the country.It becomes impossible to get a job unless you can get a local company to hire you.Your career is destroyed by
the power of a Corporate stooge that is making money off the working blood of people with ambition and dreams.That driver remains unemployed till he can write the DAC/Hire Right office.The record and handle all reports on the CDL driver record.They can extract all background reports pro or con.
It takes quite a long time to correct the cons that are simply spite or a hateful companies entry.

The Leasing commercial companies usually have separate branches that are listed as separate from the main corporate entity.Just in case they get sued or the authorities involve themselves.Servitude could be found as  slavery in some places.

There is usually a written contract that serves to protect only the lease company an corporate portion  the least.Contracts usually  can't be seen until the day of signing.Insist on seeing it and many companies will note that future lease victim for failure.They could be trouble in the future.Anyone asking questions or bringing up business queons are regaded as problem children.

The reasons for this corporate attitude is really quite simple.Those lease drivers that are told they will run their own company will be run as if they are driving for the corporation that leases the trucks.If any loads are turned down by the driver then they are punished by letting them sit for days. Fuel costs $500.each day they are running.The Drivers only make about $1.00 a mile.You can only run(legally) about 600-700 miles per day.It sounds like a lot till you figure that after all the expenses dumped  on you as that driver  it only amounts to the same as a company driver would earn.That amount is roughly .$.34 per mile or (minus meals,laundry,scales cost/weigh it
the load to get it legal,roadtolls,etc).That driver earns
$60, a day.when the corporate goons make him/her sit as punishment.they earn nothing.The corporate
lease company still bills them for the expenses they never were provided the work to pay off those expenses.Many leases are for a year or two The swindle usually goefor half of that time.Blilling is
continual and placed on credit reports.further destroying any ablilty to borrow the pay off money.

I believe That  Anti Racketeering Laws and the Anti Slavery Laws should be extended to include the commercial trucking companies.They have for to long been excused for their actions on this practice.
  AS long as the corporate persons can recruit people under false pretense.I view this practice as being similar to the Georgia business that recruited Latino workers  to work for great wages to work during harvest season.They arrived for work,worked hard all week and found the shacks that  were provided,tools that they used and if they used  the outhouses in the field or working in the hot Georgia sun were all charged to their "ACCTs."They were paid almost nothing by their employer/Slave owners.
They were told that next week it would be a positive income.Next week it was billed in the same manner or worse.The system is and has been the same for  decades in the trucking industry.

I propose a solution to this gangster game.The lease driver must receive  at least 50% of the trips pay before he leaves the shippers dock.This assures that driver of at least an even business break,financially.
A Federally appointed independent arbitrator with no connections to any lobbyists,or trucking companies.This Arbitrator would appoint agents  to look into companies that have numerous complaints against them.They would have the power to correct DAC files and order disciplinary actions against Racketeering practices in the commercial trucking industries.

The Driver has his record examined by DOT,Border Patrol,Customs,DEA,the Justice Department, and numerous other Federal Agencies.There is no one that monitors the  Business practices of gangster corporations leasing to people that just wt to maa living with their own business.

I hope that Slavery in the 21rst Century ends with our decade and this President.To those whom have been held in the  Stagnant Status after or losing after  signing a  contract to have large business associates guiding you to business  with a swindliing mind is illegal. It needs to be investigated  and put to an end.
Families and the economy are suffering from this Practice.Prices of everything are reflected by the transportation industry.This effects everyone when drivers lose the abilities to run competitive honest business's.

Write to President  Obama  and request that The Commercial Transportation Industry,be included in the Anti Slavery Laws that are signed.It will end years of the gangsters  Contractual Slavery to steal from the American Dream.

The small article in the New York Times  caught my eye as I read about Bloggers going to prison for their freedom of speech abilities.They were stating a few problems their government was experiencing.They were little problems when it can to a democratic nation.Most countries would just say," yeah so that is your opinion and everyone has one."Thats a probable democratic reply...This article is about a Southeast Asian country that has not know freedom for many centuries.It has fought for freedom and lost many times.The people like to be monitored and directed.

50,000  Soldiers from many countries died trying to induce freedom to a people that were caught up in a philosophy that they could not understand.The French nation tried to bring freedom to that part of the world.That didn't work at an earlier time in history.Freedom is a thing they would never rise up and take over the rules.They wouldn.t because it would require a basic right they are not allowed.
It is the right to freedom of speech.

These bloggers will serve prison time for simply trying to rally their people to change their governmemts ideas.Those in power see the changes the internet has brought to other world nations.
It scares the Bajeebers out of those leaders.They would lose their cushie,easy and no doubt corrupt government jobs to all those oppressed  peons the control with fear.

I wrote an article to the Russian people urging them to not pass laws that would plunge the world back into a cold war type atmosphere between nations.The Blog was based on their new Conspiracy by offensive speech to the Russian Government  Law.It was polite and precise to request peace without conflict.I see that the 50% of  my readers that were from Russia no longer can read my Blogs..The freedom of speech is a crucial right even for those that abuse that privilegewith abusive language in the media.It is still a right.These people will lose their families,to serve time in some of the worst prisons in the world.Ask any vietnam veteran about their treatment in a POW camp!
Please ask a vet that Wants to remember that experience and get out of the way...It ain't pretty.

I urge Bloggers and Readers to write the Russian Ambassador as well as the Vietnamese Government to  allow freedom to bloom in their countries.The world must become more open to the populations in order to prevent mass chaos like in the North African countries.Oppression is a terrible thing to control the masses.The internet is the most powerful tool in the history of mankind.
We The People,living in the free world can change the world without ever firing a shot in anger.
Our wmd (Weapons of Mass Destruction) is our Minds set into a free the people mode.

Within you lies the power, to seize the hour, and live your dream. Free the people to live as they can!
Get involved with Human rights groups.Get involved with organizations to educated people.
Get up and out of your couch and live for freedom.It is a rewarding per suite.You will feel more alive at the end of the day than you may have felt in any day past.Write,Blog,Phone,go and patricipate in any help ypu can to better the life of another human being.It is usually rewarding to you in ways only time can make known to you.Even a religious organizations charity drive is a help.
anything to help another is  a work of greatness.could you do any of this without the basic right of Freedom Of Speech? Now imagine being arrested for trying to help another person...You just put yourself in those Bloggers Shoes...Freedom can not be allowed to be silenced,,,

Without the world seeking peaceful means of  dwelling together,we are truly doomed in this nuclear destruction age.Get involved,make a difference.It will change your life.
